My favorite part was the official sticker on back cover ensuring the approved condition of acceptability! (Guarantees minimal highlighting, notes, etc.)

The binding is a disaster - the pages are no longer attached to the spine/cover. The book is covered in writing and highlighting, so much so that it's difficult to follow.

The groove of the book is damaged and the brining is completely loos. Please make note of this because when I return it, I do not want to be held accountable. Thank you.

Definitely not in "acceptable rental condition."
