For trauma
This product alongside hemostatic gauze can keep someone alive during a traumatic event. Always a good idea to have some just in case disaster strikes. Highly effective for what it is. Stops bleeds very efficiently.

If you're on a blood thinner it behooves you to always have one of these packs with you.
I hate being on a so called "blood thinner". They're the bane of folks with Cardio Issues. Can't even shave with a razor without making a bloody mess. Even worse, if you suffer a bad cut for whatever reason this will help bring the blood leakage to a stop. Keep some in the house and in your vehicles as well. The clotting agent really works. Get the powder form as well in your local Wallgreens Store. Goes by the name of "Bleed Stop".

Good addition to your first aid gear
Bought this for adding to a trauma kit for that "just in case" situation. As fate would have it, I took a bit of the end of my thumb off with a kitchen knife. Too much for a bandaid, maybe enough to go to MedExpress. I decided to give this a try. Some of this and some self-adhesive wrap and in a couple of days things were good. Saved me $90 on the medical bill and I used about 1/4 of a strip.Yes, I would recommend this product. Hopefully you won't need to use it.

Works great and cheaper than urgent care or ER
After cutting off a piece of the tip of my finger on a deli slicer, I bought a few boxes. Had another deli slicer accident but only took off a few millimeters the second time. I wrapped the wound with QuickClot then covered in gauze and held it all down with a rubber band. The bleeding stopped in a few minutes. If you don't have insurance, this is much cheaper than getting stitches at urgent care or the ER. And less painful than stitches. I highly recommend for a first aid kit as they work far better than a band aid or even a tourniquet for flesh wounds.Stock up if you're a SHTF type of person.

Pricy but it works
This is a product you hope you never need but when you do, you'll be glad you have it. Pricy but it works. Hemostatic quickclot gauze can help slow/stop problematic bleeds. Always seek appropriate medical attention any injuries. Always use as directed.
