Once installed it is easy to use
Pulled my 4600 lb single axel camper no problem with weight distribution on my 1/2 Silverado. Also did not notice any swaying.

Paid too much for very cheap quality.
After two times that it rained outside, the chains, the big bolts, and washers are all corroding since they’re made of aluminum, and are starting to pit pretty bad. Also the ball, that is also made of aluminum, is starting to corrode and pit to where I cannot see the writing on top of the ball anymore. I’ve only had it installed for one week! The bolts are only grade 5. I figured with as much weight, and with how much money you spend on this, they should be at least a grade 8 and made out of stainless.

Great design, but not for big trailers
I read review after review after review. Nothing but 5 stars. I bought this hitch after having to buy one on the way home with a new trailer hoping that it would be better. These aren’t rated per tongue weight(or at least I could tell) like the rest of these bitches are, but from the reviews, it sounded like it would work. I was wrong. After pulling my new 28’ enclosed trailer with my 2500 duramax a couple of times with it, it had very little weight distribution and little sway control. If I was under 60 miles per hour and no cars around me, it was fine. But even something as small as VW bug would make my trailer sway. So I called them and asked what I needed to do to help it. The person that emailed me back said that their hitch only transfers 30% of weight back to the front axle. All of that being said, I love their design and how everything should work. However, if you’re towing a big trailer, buy something different
