I had to update my review to 2 stars after using this cover a few days. It has three main flaws. #1: The hole for the ringer switch is too small. I can barely get my pinkie finger fingernail in it to move the switch. #2: The rubber over the power button is too stiff. I find myself all the time failing to turn the screen off and then the phone does all sorts of things I don't want it to do while its in my pocket. Now that I am aware of the problem, I have to push the button many times before the screen actually turns off. #3: The cover over the Lightning connector is too stiff too. I'm going to cut that off because I'm tired of having to forcibly pry it out of the way every time I want to plug the phone in. Don't buy this cover. Find a different one.

My husband got an iPhone and hated how small it was so this case made the phone not so fragile to him. He loves it!

Seems to be a very strong case and it would help protect my phone . The glass protector was a little tricky to put on . I had one air pocket I couldn’t get out . But the reason I gave it 3 stars was that it is so difficult to press the side control buttons . Way to stuf . Even my 20 year old have trouble pressing the volume or on off button .I’ll probably have to replace it after having it for just one week

I just got this, put my phone in it and started trying it out. The hole that allows me to switch from sound to silent is too small to even put my pinky in it. The charge port cover is too hard to move, and am afraid that I will break it from using it instead of being confident in the quality. The volume buttons are also so stiff that changing the volume is difficult. If you have a choice, pay the little extra and get a case that has a track record of usability and quality.I'm back to using my old broken case until I get a new one that I can use.

My phone has some serious tumbles, daily, and this this is bullet proof. Although, it did make the buttons a little difficult to push. I ended up bunching up a little piece of paper and sticking it between the phone and case to make them easier to push. For me, I'm fine dealing with that to have a case this strong.

The fit and style are awesome, but the power button is so stiff you can't even push it down. We gave it a few weeks, thinking maybe it just needed to be broke in, but it never got better. I ended up just buying a different one.

I don’t want anything from y’all, I just want my money back. It was the cheapest sorriest made & looking item that I have ever purchased from amazon, I have never had this problem before. All I wanted was a blue or black iPhone SE 2020 phone case with a built in screen protector & now I just want my money back & I never want to have any dealings w/ y’all ever again. Thank you

Very sturdy and good value. I didn't give it 5 stars because after a year the color on the back started fading out quite a bit. However, it has always protected the phone really well.
