So let me start with I am not normally one to write reviews, but holy crap, I bought this for some brush cutting and tried it out and progressively got bigger with what I was cutting to see what it could do, I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised when I was able to cut down some trees that were up to about 6 inches, it tore through everything I threw at it and went fast, way quicker than my chainsaw. I bought the 2 pack just Incase I damaged one, after clearing about 1/2 acre of heavily wooded land, just the stuff under 6 inches, I ended up giving the second one to my father in law because it was so well built. The only recommendation I have is if your connecting part, not the piece that comes with the blade, is plastic put a metal washer between the plastic and the metal nut, like I said nothing at all wrong with the blade or spacer just put an extra, small washer between plastic piece and the nut and you won’t have any problems, also after clearing about 70-80 small trees, some vines, and long grass, it is still razor sharp. Great product, will buy again but with how well it’s working I might not need to buy again

We recently bought a house on 9.5 acres. We have a lot of undergrowth and young growth trees that need to be removed/cleared. I start with my weedwacker with brush blade attachment -- it takes care of everything up to about 3/4". I was skeptical about how well these blades would work but decided to take a change. What a GREAT purchase. They are the next step up beyond the brush blade and before the chainsaw. I attached one to my weedwacker, but had to trim a little off the guard so it would fit (easy). These cut through 1"-4" trees and shrubs very easily - just like a chainsaw blade. They even come with sharpening files. I'm glad I bought them and will be buying more.

I am an elderly woman with 4 acres to keep up. My family won’t let me have chain saw but I have a great weed eater that is compatible with these blades and I have cut dow small trees and big azaleas with no problem. The chain around them could be sharpened but I now have 6 blades and will eventually have someone sharpen the ones I have worn out, I would recommend this highly and I am sure I will be buying more!

This product works, however it will destroy your weedeater. I have a Stihl commercial grade weedeater with a straight shaft. The power unit was able to spin the blade okay, but on the first contact with thick brush, not trees, the drive in the head was destroyed. The weedeater just doesn't have the torque necessary to drive this blade.

Got this to replace the worthless brush blade on my Ryobi. Wow does this thing cut! Be careful around anything you are wanting to keep, it will be gone in an instant. I even used it to grind down the remainder of an old stump in the yard. I have only used it a couple of times so I don't know how long it will last, I have high hopes! On a safety note, make sure there is no one close by when you're using it as it does cause some kick-back and this could do some serious if not lethal damage.

We have a Ryobi battery operated trimmer. has the new bigger lithium battery I believe its a 40v system, We put the blade on and man it eats up everything, vines bushes small trees. Have been trying to clean up our back yard for some time and this is doing the trick beautifully, Have purchased 2 more so our other weed eater can have one on it. Great product. will order again.

How can this be "guaranteed" to fit? I have a Ryobi SS26 tripper. The hole in the blade is so big, even the included all-the-same-size washers, just fit completely over spindle including the backing nut. And, there is nothing included to tighten the blade onto the spindle, even if it did "fit".So now I have to figure out an arrangement of nested washers to get it to fit the spindle, and a nut to tighten it down.Maybe the blade itself is fine, I don't know yet. But "Guaranteed to Fit" with just four large washers, all the same size? I have put all kinds of different "universal" heads on this trimmer, all came with a variety of adapters, washers and nuts, all have worked just fine. This package is sorely lacking any thing related to mounting the blade. And... no instructions.Come on, you can do better than that!

I am using them to cut trees down. They don’t hold the edge for carbide tip, but still would buy them again.
