This looks great and will work as great backup heat!

Really bummed something was wrong and the propane couldn’t get thru to the pilot or something. It was a lot of work to put it together only to have to take it a part to ship it back. So disappointing!

I've used this heater all of last winter it only came on when the furnace could not keep up with the lower temperature and it complimented the heat of the house quite well and the Ambiance of having it burning is quite soothing as well

This is a BEAUTIFUL Fireplace beautiful solid wood cabinet beautiful fire all around TOP NOTCH worth every penny I give them 100 percent If you are looking for a gas fireplace don't overlook this one because you will regret it VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Love the beautiful finish on it and looks pretty in the corner of the room once you set the thermostat it stays on. I accidentally ordered the wrong fireplace from the same Company wanted to correct it so I called customer service Thanks to them they wrote to the company and they honored my request and the very next day they let me know that they canceled my order so I was able to buy the one I really wanted from them it came right on time. However my only complaint that I have is this fireplace has only 1500 BTU'S and would of rather had 20,000 BTU'S having to supplement with a propane heater other than that very happy with the purchase hopefully when we have to replace this one they will come out with a bigger BTU would purchase again!

This may be a wonderful product but we can’t put it together as there is no hardware to assemble the heater. Trying to contact the company through Amazon and their direct number. I haven’t heard from anyone yet. Hopefully someone will contact me me soon.
