Great product, just as expected.

This case and brand came highly recommended and for the price, it could not be beat. I grabbed one as soon as my iPhone 11 came out. It's been on the phone for about 3 months. It was reviewed to have touch/feel/handling like holding a wet bar of soap, which I ignored. How slippery can it be? Terribly slippery! I drop my phone constantly since owning this phone. I thought it would get better over time and use but that has not been the case. My phone slips our of my hand far more than with literally ANY other case I have used in the past on my other iPhones over the last 9 or 10 years. It's lack of grip has caused it slip out of my hand and chip the center of the screen of my phone while taking a photo. It's hard to see the chip on a day-to-day basis but it's easily felt when using the touch screen. Each swipe that catches that spot reminds me of my poor choice of case for this phone. The case itself is very durable. It takes a beating but scuffs and scratches quickly. The clear rear backing is a finger print magnet, lets a lot of dirt and pocket debris behind it and can't be fully cleaned to be clear again not matter what you use to clean it. The back and the surrounding case comes "unsnapped" a lot as well. I wanted to love this case but came to write this review before I ordered a new case from another company out of pure frustration with it.

This is the first RhinoShield case I have owned.The first case I was shipped was defective. The clear backplate was warped. This caused two problems: 1) there was a large gap between the back of the iPhone and the backplate around the camera opening; 2) when placed on a desk/table/countertop screen side up, the iPhone would wobble and spin around, ie, it would not sit flat.I sent RhinoShield an email via the RhinoShield website, explained the problem and included a couple of photos and a video clip. RhinoShield sent me a replacement. The replacement is a lot better. The backplate is not warped and the iPhone sits flat on a flat surface.Because of the quality product and fast, easy to work with service I would order a case from RhinoShield again.

Ok, so I have had this brand of case for years and I am a clumsy person. With a cheap glass protector front screen protector your phone becomes pretty indestructible! This case is a new version and a bit bulkier, but still quality. I have RhinoShield on all my kids phones and won’t use any other case! Highly recommend!!BTW-mine is not slick, others I’ve had in the past are and I actually like that for taking in and out of my pocket. This isn’t sticky, but is a little more course feeling to give grip. Never broke a phone and like I said, I am super clumsy and I don’t typically just drop my phone, it ends up as a projectile through the air. I’d say these are good cases!

At first I thought this wasn’t for the iPhone 11. So basically, this case has 3 parts and since it’s a customizable case you could you certain parts of the case. What I mean is that if you try to apply all 3 parts of the case, it won’t fit. So you have to put only two parts of the case. You can either put one the bumper and the back plastic or the bumper and the small silicon strip that goes around the case. So all you need to remember is to only use 2 out of the 3 parts the case comes with. Once the case is applied the phone looks really nice and the case fits well and is premium.

Seems well enough made and protected my new phone when it slipped out of my hands onto the kitchen floor.And that’s the problem: the outer case is made of a very hard, non-tactile plastic that feels cheap and horrible and, crucially, affords no grip. It’s textured, but still the phone is constantly slipping out of my hands.

It’s a great product BUT has no installation instructions and had to watch a YouTube video to work it out- turned out as we were using the back piece, we didn’t need the additional piece.......bit of a gaff but having said that, the case is great.

Really regret buying this case. It’s really slippy to hold but if it falls on the floor I guess it’ll be ok. Overpriced

This phone is thin and lightweight and easy to hold. And I quite like the angles design which is quite thick to protect my phone, if it might be dropped by accident. Because my kids use my phone sometimes, I like it is provided a chain hold to reduce the dropping risk. All the buttons and ports line up just right. It doesn’t make your phone too thick, but protects it if dropped, so it’s very practical. Good value for money.

I have had a lot of cases over the years for many iPhones and will say that this one of the best.Feels nice in the hand and offers great protection.
