The media could not be loaded.  Black stains easily but wipes up nicely. Installing was no problem, plastic gasket on counter and 1 nut underneath. No putty to mess with.About 1/16” gap between base and movable arm not sure why that appears but not a problem for me.Only buy moen. Will see how long it lasts.

I had a professional plumber install this for me as I do not have any plumbing knowledge whatsoever and had no desire to mess it up. He had it installed in less than 15 minutes, so I guess for a plumber it's an easy install! It is taller than the faucet it replaced which is exactly what I wanted - it's the perfect height. It's also fingerprint proof in my opinion. I have touched this thing many times and cannot find a print anywhere. No leaks so far and the 'switch' to go from stream to spray has worked perfectly. It's a very attractive faucet and hope to have no issues for years to come.If there is one thing that I was not thrilled about was the price. It's not exactly what I like sinking a couple hundred dollars on, but I needed reliability, looks and functionality. By the way, the unit I purchased does not have the touch sensor, I figured it would be one more thing that could malfunction and would it turn on each and every time I needed to move the faucet handle, even when I didn't want the water on? No thanks

I read all the reviews and do not understand the reason for some of the negative comments. We love it and works exactly as advertised, which is great! If you fully read the instructions, which are easy to follow, you will not have a problem. On the other hand using intuition to install it will not work, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER. I recommend that you purchase the AC adapter kit which is sold separately, this way the unit works on AC as well as battery backup when the power fails. Two important points, don't forget to remove the protective tape off of the sensor after installing and nothing (including yourself) should be standing in front of the faucet when you first connect the power, otherwise it will not work properly.

3/2/20: 6 1/2 months in and faucet spray gets everywhere. In spray mode one stream goes a cockeyed direction versus the other streams. I have never wiped a countetop as much as I have to with this thing. 9/6/19. I wish I could otherwise, but Moen is sending me a replacement faucet base, the first part that rises from the countertop. This requires uninstalling the faucet, dissasembling it and then re-assembling it and reinstalling it. I'm 69 and have a lower back problem so I can't do it. I asked them who would pay the plumber and got no response. I have had Moen in my last two houses and it's always been a good experience, but not this time. I paid top price for a factory second that never should have made it into the box. I will post on other sites too. This unit has a modest number of reviews, but the Flow faucet I mention below has over 2200 (4.6) reviews on Costco and 2300" (4.6 reviews) on Home Depot8/25/19: New out of the box it had scratches near the base. Since the new countertops were installed I needed a faucet so I had no choice but to install it. Motion sense works but will only turn on / off at full stream flow. Splashes everywhere, way over-priced. This review almost didn't happen, as the incompetent weekend contractors for the post office that do the Sunday parcel runs, mostly for Amazon Prime deliveries, saw fit to leave my package elsewhere. Once that was straightened out, I was impressed with the both the aesthetics and the construction of this faucet. Installing a kitchen faucet isn't exactly rocket science anyway, but the instructions were pretty straightforward and I had this thing done in about 30 minutes, not counting the time it took me to clean the stuff out from under the kitchen sink. No leaks right off the bat and it is so large that it draws your attention when you come into the kitchen. The sprayer works fine, it retracts into the faucet body by means of a grenade-sized counterweight that fits around the sprayer hose. You'll need your own white plumber's teflon tape, as none is supplied by Moen. I gave it 4 stars due to the cost. It's not 4 times the size of a standard kitchen faucet; it doesn't need to cost 4 times as much. I chose this model to step up the appeal of our house when we put it on the market. I will update if the faucet was the deciding factor for the prospective buyer.

Replaced my (not so) old (Sustainable Solutions’s Fluid F821) faucet with this Moen. The old faucet flow rate had deteriorated to the point that my on-demand water heater would not supply hot water (4 l/min) and the spray/stream adjuster was worn out. It took me around 30 mins to swap out the old with the new so installation was easy. I used an Allen key through the supplied installation tool holes to tighten it to the counter top and an adjustable wrench for the flexible hoses so no need for special tools. So far the faucet is working great. The standard flow rate I am getting is 6 l/min and even more with the flow boost so lots of hot water and I can fill the sink, kettle, pots in half the time. The only minor annoyance is that I’m struggling to get the hose to pull out and retract due to the piping / garburator under my sink. I’m hoping this will be resolved when the Moen hose guide arrives next week! Other than that I think it’s a great faucet at a good price.

Les instructions sont claires et cela rend l,installation facile.L'utilisation de la détection de mouvement est facile et apprécié.Cependant, l'association et le contrôle de l'unité via Google Home ou Alexa n'est pas simple voire presqu'impossible. Essayé les 2 mais sans succès.De plus, il n'est pas possible de contrôler le débit avec la détection de mouvement et il est impossible d'obtenir de l'eau très chaude si le débit est réduit avec la poignée. Un irritant important.Enfin, le contrôleur électronique (mélangeur) émet un son assez fort pour être un irritant si la porte de l'armoire est ouverte !

We ordered this faucet as it was AC powered, no batteries. The unit came with batteries, and no AC power adapter. Do we have paid an electrician to bring in power under sink, paid a plumber to install, but now no power adapter. I reordered another , saying it is missing parts, awaiting its arrival. How do I contact Amazon to get the missing part. I spoke with Moen, and they advise we have to get it from Amazon, as it is Amazon whom is advertising it with AC adapter...HELP

This faucet does NOT have a pause feature on the pull down spout. I checked with Moen who confirmed it. Amazon advertizing indicates there is a pause feature, in the section "from the manufac†urer". Someone goofed. I really want the pause feature.

I am not a plumber but have some skill with handyman skills around the home and this was so easy to install. Removed old ugly taps and in no time had this unit hooked up. This WILL look fabulous with our new black deep sink that will get installed when it arrives. Doesn't look that bad as is . Can't wait to see the black on black look. Gonna love it even MORE!!
