Had to replace an existing system sensor fire detector. Original model not available. Sent emails to support and and to customer service at system sensor. But, only reply i received was advertisements from them. Wanted to know if this model was compatible to replace there older model. Unit tested fine. But, wouldn't reset. Should of bought a ring fire/carbon monoxide detector. Almost half the price.

Got this to replace my 10 year old same model detector. Just works with nothing else but swapping it in. Was able to use the existing mount. This reseller Fire and Safety plus sells current stock and legitimate products.
