Item was as advertised, good quality and arrived on time!

This is a good product; in that it has a very high heat tolerance range and is well priced. However it does not inlcude any tape, which is necessary for securing the ends. Otherwise, this fabric will tend to unravel. I used some zip ties, but heat resistant tape would have been better. So, unless you already have that item, I would pick one of these offerings on Amazon that includes the tape.

This product comes without any instructions, after closer examination I discovered that it requires stretched/pulled over the wire bundle and anchored with clips at both ends to achieve the desired circumference and length intended by the manufacture or I should have ordered a smaller size to maintain the desired density. I was expecting this loom to be more ridged like the old-style electrical loom supplied by the residential/commercial supply house. this has been a user ignorance issue. This product was intended to replicate the OEM wrap of a wiring harness on a1966 Toronado. I'll keep the Loom as a reminder.

Used this to protect a fuel line for an auxiliary heater for my van as it passes over the heat shield atop the exhaust. I guess we will see if the fuel line holds up! Super easy to install. It is not slit or anything, so you have to feed whatever line or wire you have through it. Also, its made of fiberglass so be sure to wear eye protection!

Everything was as expected with this product except for whatever dye is used for the black weave is not properly rinsed and rubs off on everything. I washed mine in a sink full of water six times and dye was still coming out. Do yourself a favor and get the undyed version.

Cut easy used to route starter cables from starter along side engine block to battery. Worked great.

Good quality sleeve I used on wiring that had become faulty after 18 years being too close to the car's exhaust. Hopefully the repair will last another 20 years with the extra protection.
