Extra wide towel bar looks great
This brushed nickel towel bar installs easily with the hardware included and looks handsome. There are probably towel bars out there with more metal in them, but this one is sturdy and offers real bang for the buck. The towel bar is 30 inches wide, about an inch or so wider than the 20-year-old, standard issue chrome towel bars I was replacing. Anchors on one end had to be removed and the resulting holes spackled and painted. Be forewarned. I still consider this towel bar excellent value.

Ease of Installation
What a good looking dark bronze towel bar! Now my bathroom really looks coordinated with this towel bar, shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder all with the same finish. But most important of all was how easy it was to install. The towel bar came with a template. Once it was level, I simply attached the mounting plates marked by the template and I was done.

No instructions and no mounting template.
We bought this because it is the same make and model as our existing towel bar. I expected the rod to be the same diameter, but it is a smaller diameter. It looks like it has been cost reduced in the year since our first rod was installed. Except for the rod diameter, it matches the existing rod very well.On the down side it came without instructions. It would have been nice to know the hole size to drill into my tile wall. I had to buy 2 diamond tile drill bits (not cheap) and a piece of test tile to determine that a 1/4 inch hole is needed for the plastic anchors. It also did not come with a hole template to get the hole spacing correct. In tile, you only get one chance to get it right. I drilled the first 2 holes in the tile. Then I made a cardboard mounting template to locate the holes for the other end. It is really worth the 20 extra minutes to make the template. (See photos).I recommend the Milwaukee diamond tile drill bit (see photo). The tile is very hard and this drill bit did an excellent job. A word of caution...practice on a scrap piece of tile until you are comfortable using the bit. There is no center point on the bit. There is a special technique to start the hole. Read the directions, watch some YouTube videos., and practice. It takes some practice to place the hole accurately, but once started, the bit works excellently.

Decent value
Adequate if somewhat light weight. Easy to install and matched other black fixtures. More space between the towel rod and the wall would be good,

Pretty good. Sturdy. On a 32 inch center so you can hit the studs.
Only drawback is the 32" bar is a little "wiggly". It is not a solid piece of metal, has some give and wiggle. No probs though.... it is only towels to be held. Looks good. Even beautiful nickel brushed finished.

Great for the price
The 18” towel bar works great for a hand towel next to the sink. I prefer a towel bar because it allows the hand towel to air dry much better than a towel ring does. This towel bar is easy to install and has a nice, matte-black finish. It doesn't exactly look expensive, or high-end, but the black bars are a really nice change from your standard-issue bright chrome or satin nickel.Something worth noting is the bar revolves within its holders. This doesn't bother me at all, but for someone who wants a fixed bar with no movement, you might consider looking elsewhere.

Finally a 32” towel bar to match up with studs
Some boring details: The actual bar is about 31 7/8” long and 0.61” in diameter. The towel bar assembly is 31 3/8” long which is OK since there is 30 ½“ between 2x4 studs if the builder got the studs exactly on 16” centers.About the quality: I think the installed bar looks nice. The tube is thin enough that it flexes in the middle, so this is not a bar that is going to last for the ages, but I am happy with it.
