4 years later
I bought this 4 years ago for my TSX. I beat the snot of of my TSX daily for the last 45k miles on this pump and it just barely has stayed making noise at 8k rpms, I have zero complaints for the price

Great replacement part
My Honda Accura is not having any leaking problem. I solved the problem by installing this excellent water pump.

Skip it. Loud and seems unreliable.
Installed just a month or two ago and flushed half the fluid as maintenance. Previously replaced upper PS hose and did fluid then as well. This pump is loud and making grinding noises seemingly worse than the pump that was leaking. It gets extremely hot as well. It will not last long. Ill use this one while I source parts ro rebuild the OEM one but I would not buy this pump if you use your car regularly and cant be without it. Maybe I just got a bad one but it sounds terrible.

Works great
It worked the first time and is quiet. I's been about a month now. Make sure to fill the reservoir to the max-line before starting the car and keep filling to maintain the max-line then lift the front wheel off the ground and turn the steering wheel several time from one end to the other end to get the air out.

Direct Fit. Working so far 2003 Honda Accord
My power steering have been giving me problems for a while now. A couple of years ago, most noticeably during cold weather, the steering wheel was hard to turn and made noise. I took it to my local mechanic and he told me that the high pressure hose needed to be replaced. That cost me $500 parts and labor in 2017 (I live in NYC).The power steering about 2 months ago started doing the same thing. This time I took it to a different mechanic, and he told me that the steering pump and the high pressure hose needed to be replaced and quoted me $750. I told him not to do anything. I looked up different parts and youtube videos. I saw how easy it was to replace the power steering pump. Of course the OEM part was going to run $200 or more. I looked at this aftermarket one, and I figured if I can put it in myself and it works then it's still worth saving 10 times the price the mechanic was quoting me on an 17 year old car which I can't justify spending $750.So I replaced the pump yesterday in 30 degree weather in NYC. Really easy job, I just had to borrow the special serpentine belt tool from Pepboys for free and buy some Honda steering pump fluid. Once the job was done and added the fluid. No more noise and wheels turn normally in below freezing weather. The only questions is how long will this aftermarket pump will last. But at this point if it lasts a few years or over 6 months, it's still worth the price since I now know how to replace it. I can always go buy the OEM part. I think it's highly unlikely for a catastrophic failure where the pump completely dies, so as long as I have some warning like before, it's still a job I can handle. You have to judge how much your car and time is worth. In this case for me, this was so far a good purchase, and if it lasts years, I'll be back on here to give it even a better review. The reviews on here that talk about improper fit, I can't speak to their actual experience, but I highly suspect they bought the wrong part, or they have a 3.0 not a 2.4 because this is a drop in fit for a 7th Generation Accord (2003-2007) 2.4L. Don't be worried about the fit if you know the exact make and model of your car.Note: as is obvious, you have to take the serpentine wheel off your old steering wheel pump and place it on this one.
