Fit and works in my UPS device
Was exactly as advertised and it fit my uninterrupted power supply. Much cheaper option than OEM batteries. I’ve bought several other sizes from this manufacturer and all have performed well. It seems like APC tries to make their batteries odd-ball sizes to get customers to buy batteries from them. Glad third -party battery manufacturers are keeping up with their game.

Sigmas Battery
An exact replacement. Fortunately the package was not too badly handled even though the battery had torn a hole in the small box that it was in. It had virtually no packing material in the box, what was there was just loose in the box, not wrapped around the battery to protect it from damage. Happy with the battery but the lack of adequate protective packaging is a concern, especially for the shipper. Easy thing to fix, add another 10 cents of bubble wrap & you got it.

Works well!
Noi problem so far. If I can get three years out of one of these, I am happy.

Keep them charged
This particular one (3.5 amp hour) I just installed in an uninterruptible power supply and I really don’t know how it’s going to work out. But I have other batteries from the same manufacturer and as long as you keep them charged with a smart trickle charger they last quite a long time. I can easily get five years or more out of these, typically people say they only last about three. I have six of the 7 amp hour versions that get charged by a Battery Tender Junior, 24 hours each, so each one gets hooked up to the charger every sixth day. I monitor them and even after a number of years they all still hold about at about 12.9 V. But, they are not being used on a routine basis, they are just sitting on the countertop in reserve, at room temperature, getting charged every sixth day. Every so often I put them into service to power a Cobra firing system for my fireworks displays. So they are not routinely being discharged under a significant load. How they would fare in that kind of service I do not know.

DOA
I put the battery in my UPS and charged it for 24 hours before I turned it on. After less than a minute the alarm went off indicating a battery failure. I did not have anything plugged into the UPS at the time.

Perfect replacement for ADP UPS
Our ADP UPS was cutting out with the least amount of voltage draw on the same circuit but this replacement solved this problem.

Lasted 14 months - can't say I'm happy with that
I really don't know how long these batteries should last, considering they just sit there and don't really have to run on battery power very long or very often. This UPS is on my TV system and is way oversized for the current draw. I was expecting this to last 3 years or so, but maybe not. At any rate it's been just 14 months since I bought it and today during a brief power glitch everything went off, so the UPS isn't doing it's job even with this somewhat new battery.
