This was my best purchase in a while when I say I had been on punishment with a cracked screen and was unable to connect Bluetooth this was absolutely perfect and easy to switch out!!!

Just had it installed today, my touch screen stopped working but the lower half was still functional. Luckily it stuck while in Bluetooth mode so my music could change genere. Looks great works well I almost felt it was a new car lolDealership wants like.$1000Cost me less than $300 total and that includes the gas to the shop!

Worked great. No issues & it’s been about 2 months.

Works like a gem. Make sure you buy the plastic tools when DIY so you don’t damage your trim when uninstalling and installing.

Followed YouTube instructions, it is quite a bit of work, of course for none experienced person, but at the end I did not have to pay $1500 .Great product, definitely recommend

I looked up a couple different YouTube videos and did it myself. Feel beyond proud being a woman doing it after my breakup but my man couldn’t do it the last two years of being messed up like that!!! It’s working like a charm! I have a 2013 Cadillac ats

Cadillac dealer told me it would be $1800 to replace this screen so I decided to try it myself. It’s kind of a pain in the butt but there are plenty of youtube videos showing you how to do it. Took me about 4 hours, but a lot of that was time spent running back into the house to look at youtube (no wifi in my carport). If you have wifi in your work place you could sit in the car with your ipad on and the a/c running and probably cut that down to 2 hours.The screen came with trim tools to pull interior panels and a nice micro fiber cleaning cloth. No special tools needed, just a 7mm socket and a couple of screwdrivers. The display looks great and everything seems to be working like it should. Definitely recommend this if you’re inclined to DIY projects.

Watched YouTube and my husband took the cue system out and replaced the digitizer screen 2013 cadillac xts. Only thing preventing it from getting five stars is the tools provided suck get better ones and the touch screen works but isn't as responsive in the corners but still works better than no touch screen. Super happy to have my navigation, media, and controls back.
