Fun way to jazz up my classroom!
I loved this-it was reasonably priced and included a yellow flag and whistle with the striped shirt. I used it for a fun football themed math activity with my class. I usually wear a medium/large ladies size and the medium fit fine. It is a satin type material. It did not need a tank underneath.

Soft material
This shirt fit really well. I bought it for some backyard games we were playing and it was perfect. The yellow flag was great to throw. You have to blow into the whistle decently hard for it to be loud but still worked great!

Perfect for our work Halloween party
Loved all, except my whistle didn’t work. Every one else’s worked. It was probably best; I’m the one who’s have been most annoying! Lol!

Works well for a Halloween Costume
This does not appear to be an official referee set. More like a Halloween costume and the whistle and flag her barely usable. The shirt did the trick though.
