Love love love this product
I’m seriously obsessed. I’d choose this over Botox a million times. I mean a facial massage vs needles, not even a question! I could see the difference the first time. Haunches lifted. Eyes lifted. Cheeks more defined. Plus I love love love the glittery silver. Who doesn’t love a little glitter?! Seriously worth every penny. Easy and feels AMAZING!

Known defective product, dishonest company will not address known issues. Had 4 & all 4 died.
Four of these have failed on me.I have purchased two of these guys. After use for less than a year (units 1 and 2), both failed to charge even after resetting. I paid to return one, and the replacement (unit 3) failed after one month of use. They sent me another replacement (unit 4). This one lasted longer by less than two years of very inconsistent use, and then failed in the very same way. Will not start up after resetting and charging on the base for at least 24h to 30h. Blue lights indicate it is fully charged but when lifted from the cradle, will not turn on.I am not the only one, please check all the one star reviews for the very same experience. But I have had 4 units first hand. If all 4 failed the same way, then something smells.I believe these guys are intentionally selling defective products without addressing the issues and charging exorbitant prices for them. And they will make you pay to replace them for a small discount of the full price of a new product.I do not trust this company at all. I would look at alternatives before buying this.
