I bought this over-the-door purse organizer not for purses but to store my embroidery and sewing stabilizers in. Previously, I stored the rolls of stabilizer vertically in bins but I hated that the bins took up floor space. When I saw these purse organizers, I knew immediately that they would solve my problem. I can easily store and display up to three large rolls of stabilizer in each section. I can see which stabilizIer is which and easily remove the one I need and then put it back when I'm done. The cost of the organizer is minimal and the functionality is outstanding! The base fabric is a sturdy, lightweight non-woven fabric very much resembling one of my stabilizers and the pockets are clear plastic. They hooks slip over the top of a door, which I padded with a small piece of batting so as to not scratch my door. I highly recommend this item!

I put these behind my bedroom door, overall they have been good to me. I can fit about 3-4 clutches and crossbody bags per slot and also full length (shoulder) handbags per slot. Super convenient and affordable as well. However, due to the weight of the purses, the little metal clingers to the doors do scratch the doors and tear the paint off so I decided that works best for me is putting tape over them (wrapping little metal clingers with tape). Also, as long as there isn't too much weight on it, the metal clingers won't start to bend.

This works great for my smaller handbags but I also installed on in our bathroom and use it to hold my husbands work clothes in it (he is a truck driver). Each pocket holds shorts, a shirt, and a pair of socks so he does not have to remember to lay them out the night before.

I am using this on the back of the bathroom door to store extra towels and washcloths. Super convenient and doesn't take up much space. Very pleased!

I like this as a storage solution, no regrets in buying it. One star was removed on account of two reasons.1. One of my handbags - a laptop hand bag did not fit into the slots2. My door doesn't close without me adjusting the top hanger as it kicks up with the weight of all my handbags. Not a big deal as I know how to handle it and like I said, no regrets

I have a small place with little storage and lots of doors. This was the perfect product to increase storage and works as advertised. I've used it for sheets and towels and it holds a lot

I am very happy with this 2-pack! Both fit across the inside of my closet door, using wasted space between the door and the rod. (This is a century house with fairly big doors - it would be wise to measure your space.) I used some of the pockets for purses, but most for rolled up sweaters, usually two to a pocket unless it's a very bulky sweater. Items in the pockets are both easier to view and to access for me than they were before. A great storage solution for other knits like fluffy scarves, shawls, or throws. (Or, let's face it, skeins of yarn!)It is constructed of non-woven material and clear vinyl; I have noticed no unpleasant odours from it, and I am quite sensitive to such things. The grommets and over-the-door hooks seem plenty sturdy for the job. There are tab-like springs inside the hooks to help hold your organizer in place on the door.If my other closets did not have bifold doors, I would probably order more.The prices vary greatly among the colours, so choose wisely!I do not often make reviews but this this a very helpful product and just right for me.

I wish that the hooks were a little bigger, but regardless, it's a wonderful product! I have too many purses, so I've doubled up on them in each pocket, but it displays them, gives me more space in my closet, and I can remember what colours I have to match my outfits. :)
