This is a beautiful, high quality, formal, sparkly dress. This dress will stand out and make a statement as it is not understated but so gorgeous. Unless you are busty with a larger upper frame then you may want to size down from what you would expect. I am a size 14 but as this dress is stretchy, I am wearing a size 12. Unless you want a looser fitting dress and if shoulders are not wide enough then you will likely want to side down or have it tailored. If you are average to taller height and wear kitten to high heels the length should fit pretty well. If you are shorter then it will likely need to be hemmed. It is not too heavy, but if it is too large for your frame it will feel heavier as you will need to size down. It does not feel stuffy and you do not get that hot feeling or discomfort. It is very comfortable and feels very nice and great while wearing. I think this will flatter most body types and shape wear can always help to smooth anything out. Stunning!

I was all set on one gown 6 months before my son's wedding. A week before I tried it on...and I didn't like it. Showed too much arm and just didn't look dressy enough. I was on a mission to get a dress and get one fast. And one that would match the silver shoes I had already bought! I went to every shop, mall, etc. and then turned to Amazon. I ordered a few gowns, tried them on, and sent photos to my SILs and friends for a final verdict. This dress was the winner in more ways than the voting. It was absolutely perfect for an outdoor wedding in early June and I received so many compliments. I even love the photos of me in the dress - a feat in and of itself. I did not think I was going to like the blush material beneath the sequined navy blue, but it looked awesome! The dress was perfect on my 5'7" in frame and just reached the floor with 2 inch heels. When I tell this story, people are shocked that I was fortunate enough to find a dress days before my son's wedding AND that I got it from Amazon! LOL I highly recommend this beautiful gown.

fabric and color excellent runs big for sure. I am 5’3weighing 220 pounds the dress was huge on me I purchased a size 20, I could’ve taken a 16. As I said, the Dress is excellent and well-made it is pretty heavy and definitely not to wear in July or August. my original size and dresses is 18 Misses.

I bought this for my daughter's wedding coming up in October. I purchased the Mink colored gown in size 14P. I am 5' 3" and weigh between 175-180 lbs. It is a beautiful dress that has all over give, very comfortable, a little on heavy side but very tolerable. Price was good compared to other Bridal mom dresses. However, for a Petite it is long on me so I will need to get it hemmed. The sequins fall off frequently, although not obvious where they come from, no bald spots. I laughed/cried with the packaging... gown was thrown into a clear bag, then in an addressed envelope. Mind you it says on a tag on the garment, no returns if it is snagged...heck, it had snags when I pulled it out of the bag!!! But the fit is good, the postage too high to return, and luckily I can pull the snags to the under side of the dress.

I didn't like this dress at all. In the photos, it looked nice, but when I received it, it looked like a discount store clearance item.

It fit very well, I’m 5’4” and weigh 128 lbs. I put on a 2 inch heel and it will not need hemming. It’s heavy enough you won’t need a slip underneath. I’m just short of 75 yrs young and the silver looks well with my skin and grey hair. A few sequins fell on the floor when I unwrapped it but I couldn’t tell you where they came from. All in all it’s wonderful, great quality and I can’t wait to wear it😊

This dress was very pretty and fit as expected. I returned it only because the "nude" lining was not a good match for the wedding party dresses.Read the fine print...despite the dress arriving in a ball, thrown in a box- no paper or inner packaging, I was charged a $28. restocking fee. My own fault for not clicking through all the fine print.Be warned.

Bought this dress when it was on sale for $116! Wore it on my son's wedding day. Got many compliments on it. I ordered it in a 6 as a size 4 wasn't available. I wore 2 inch heals and hemmed the dress myself approximately an inch. An added plus was that I could wear a regular bra with the dress.

I loved this dress. It is a very flattering fit with a lot of glam. I would have kept it but my future DIL thought it too sparkly for a mother of the bride dress.

Well made and a bargain buy, arrived much earlier than anticipated. Will definitely but from this company as all their clothes are well priced and made.
