Good but...
It's a good headlamp. Indeed, very good, but, the batteries are about 1/10th of what they are rated. Second flaw is the build in charger. It doesn't stop charging the batteries. It destroyed my brand new Panasonic batteries in one day. In only one charge it made both the Panasonic batteries cut out their circuit for protection. So, I lost 44 Euro that I paid for those Panasonic batteries. Why these batteries don't fail? I'm glad you asked. Because they don't have protection to cut out the circuit when they get overcharged. Not only they don't have a protection, but, also they are not vented. Take a closer look at the button on the positive side and you'll not see any vents. My Panasonic on the other hand have vents around the button. The headlamp on its own is nice as long as you replace the batteries with quality ones and condition number two: never charge any batteries with this headlamp. The build in charger is beyond safe. Batteries must be charged with a separate external charger. I put glue on the charging port so nobody will ever attempt again to charge batteries using the internal charger of this headlamp; and I recycled the wall adapter. If you keep doing this, eventually the batteries will have around 400 ohms Internal resistance, zero capacity, 4.2 Volts, and wandering why they still work. It's like a time bomb. Nobody wants an injury or property loss because of a refusal to buy an external quality charger. Did I emphasize it enough? You must use an external quality charger. Not a chepo one. In addition to that, this very nice headlamp requires two quality batteries. In closing, my advice is to never use the build in charger of any cheap device you buy. Unless if it's a quality device such as a Phillips or Braun shavers and the alike. For cheap devices use a charger. It's about time everyone to invest on a good quality charger because we live in the time of lithium batteries. A good charger is around $100. There is no free lunch if anyone expects to get a headlamp, with free batteries and a free built-in charger for the price of a sandwich. This applies to all of them. Not just this one.

Super bright
My husband is an electrician. He needs a light that will stay charged for at least 6 hours during panel changes. This light works great and is super bright but doesn’t stay charged for more than 4 hours. He does like it but wishes it would hold a longer charge.
