My son will be serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint in the southern-most areas of Argentina, where it can get very cold in the winter. Their apartments can often be heated less wonderfully than our homes here in the US, so many have suggested he take his sleeping bag along. He has a favorite North Face Aluetian 20 he wants to haul along, but it's a little bulky and it's bag is tattered and torn. This new stuff sack (we went with the 18L for his bag) is a great solution. It is easy to pack, compresses tightly and leaves room in his luggage for all the million other things he needs for two years. Good product and good quality. Solved our problem, for sure.

It is well made, I have had no fraying or straps coming loose. You can snug it down tight and it fits into a lot smaller space than your regular sleep bag, bag. It has sewn-in top and bottom units to aid the compression factor and works well. None of my clips have broken and I toss mine around a lot as it lives in the back of my Honda Element. Perfect space saver for Micro Camper.

This bag work and compress things more evenly than other bags I've had. It's not as high quality and not quite as compressible as the Sea to Summit bags, but if your not needing or expecting that then these work.These bags can only get so small though because of the lid pieces. I was looking for a compression sack that wouldn't let my sleeping bag squish outside the sack and into odd shapes while I'm actively compressing it so the lid pieces limiting how small it can get were a necessary evil. I also use a synthetic so my bag doesn't get much small even in the Sea to Summit. I wouldn't recommend it for clothing at all because of it having limits to how much it can compress. Really the amount of clothing most people take out with them will be smaller packed loose than in the limits this compression sack had. I did have the medium though since I bought for my sleeping bag so maybe a small could work, I have my doubts though.My bag is the Klymit 20F Synthetic Sleeping Bag and it fits very nicely in a medium by the way.

I really can’t get over how much some of the outdoor stores charge for these sacks. Even these seem a little bit pricey given they’re very basic construction. However, they’re definitely worth having. I have used one for several trips and found it construction to be sufficient.

These things are really cool. I read a review of them in the New York Times Wirecutter section. I filled the sack with five shirts, five underwear, couple of belts, two pair of shorts, five pairs of socks and a dozen golf balls. They all squished down small enough that they could easily fit in the bottom of most backpacks and still have room for more stuff (hats, windbreaker, golf gloves, more golf balls, pair of golf shoes. Enough for a five day golf trip.

I like having this bag since it helps reduce storage space while I'm out on a trip. It's well designed and easy to use. So far it's held up well without any tears or snags.

I used the xxl for a very bulky sleeping bag I have. The compression sack compressed the sleeping bag without becoming too wide to fit into a backpack. The material seems pretty strong so I’m not worried about it ripping. Overall it works pretty well.

The buckle is a weak point on here. One of mine I used consistently without issue. The other had a buckle break on the first use after being unused for a year or so.

Durable, fit my XL sleeping bag, great design for waterproof/resistance. Truly built to last.

La talla s funcionó para meter un sleeping marmot de 1.80. Tuvo una pequeña rasgadura al usar la pared como apoyo, sin embargo resistió. Recomendado.

Good quality, and bright to easily locate. I unfortunately went a size too big.I’ll still make it workFor context, I’m a tall male and my summer sleeping bag would have fitted better in a medium.

Ich suchte nach einem XL Schlafsack und m Suchergebnis kam freelexi Kompressionssack/Schlafsack mit Fotos von Schlafsäcken. Und da hab ich mich verleiten lassen einen vermeintlichen Schlafsack zu bestellen.Heute Kam die Lieferung an und da wurde mir bewusst, dass ich nicht gelesen hatte, dass es sich nur um die Tasche für einen Schlafsack handelte. Also leider zurück nach LAS VEGAS. Ganz schön blöd so ein weiter Weg für eine Retoure.

Great sack that holds a lot of stuff. Easy to use and as long as you pack right, it's a great little sack
