Update: customer service was quick to replace the entire shower set even though we just needed a few pieces replaced. Highly recommend this company and this product. We absolutely love the shower heads and whole set up and get compliments about them by all who visit.I bought two sets of these faucets for an outdoor shower and upon arrival the boxes both looked good and the products looks great. As installation begin it was quickly noticed that the cold water valve cartridge and the nut to hold it had cracks and broken pieces inside the valve on one of the sets. I have emailed the company that sold them on Amazon to see about getting replacement parts and will change my review to 5 stars if they send them as they are super impressive looking faucet sets.

This is a beautiful showerhead, but for us, the valve had a constant issue, even after changing it out with a new replacement showerset the company sent us. The small showerhead handle goes from hot to cold and is unable to keep a steady temperature. Also, the showerhead rusts incredibly quickly over after 3 months of using, and now makes a very loud whistle when we shower. I am writing this review with some negatives, but honestly I must say the customer service has been outstanding. They immediately addressed my issues, sent me 2 whole new sets and followed up to make sure we were satisfied... but unfortunately it is the product that is faulty... So 5 stars for the company, but 3 stars for the product.

Received the outdoor shower kit last year and installed. Worked great and like a waterfall of water! However, after being shut down for the winter, when I turned water back in the Spring the cold water valve wasnt working. it would not shut off the cold water. I contacted the supplier who helped me diagnose the problem and then sent a replacement part right away. I did have to pay for shipping, but now the new valve is installed and working great!

So I loved the look of this shower fixture but it was junk. It arrived quickly and looked nice but it isn't made well. The products aren't 100% metal. The part that attached to the wall pipes are easily broke. Ours cracked on install. It leaked as soon as we installed it. Luckily, I did not put holes in the wall tile for the shower pipe and could replace it with a different fixture. We went to build.com for the new fixture which was 100% metal. I saw the poor reviews on this product but bought it anyway. Don't make the same mistake. Because we had the plumbing plumbed for this fixture I only had 1 option to replace it with because the faucet handles needed to be 7" apart. There are not alot of fixtures like this (exposed shower pipes) with that dimension. I wish I had picked another well made fixture first but oh well.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a great product but has a very specific flaw.I really like this product. It was very easy to install, it looks great and it gives a great shower but, what’s not in the instructions is that the knobs to turn the water on and off with aren’t all one piece. The front plate and a little dowels all unscrew off and they don’t come tightened.After the first shower, when turning off the water, one of the front of the knobs fell off and slipped through the cracks of my outdoor shower and now I am unable to retrieve it. Please, make sure you tighten knobs before assembling completely so you don’t suffer the same fate.I hope they sell replacements but I have yet to find any.

I love this fixture! It is good quality, has great water pressure and looks beautiful.In the basement bathroom where we installed this, the shower had to be built up and the shortest setting was not quite short enough. The seller was super communicative and helpful and sent the part we needed in order to install it without the extension.My brother who recently stayed with us said that this was the best shower he’d ever had. :) Highly recommend.
