It was just how I wanted it, looked amazing, has kept its shine all these months now, love the weight. All the writing was clear and legible, the right font and placement. The design on the front was immaculate. It was a perfect gift, and it's still cherished today.

I ordered this for my son for his Halloween costume. It came in and I was surprised at how heavy the tag was. You expect a lighter tin-like one like the real dog tags servicemen and women wear. This is actual steel and it’s THICK. Nice quality BUT the chain broke the first day of having it on around the house. He wasn’t even playing-just wearing it. The tag is WAY too heavy for the chain. I contacted the seller and they were very nice and said they would send another chain. They sent another chain and another engraved tag! It was a nice gesture although we didn’t need another tag but my son was happy to have it. I would recommend a heavier duty chain for this particular tag. Let’s see how the new one holds up. Thank you.

Wow I am so glad I ordered these. They are really high quality - sturdy and engraving is perfectly done. Actually was shipped a lot earlier than stated which I wasn’t expecting at all esp with Covid. I usually don’t have the time to write reviews but I am just so impressed with the quality of these dog tags and for such an incredibly low price too. I just wasn’t expecting such a pleasant surprise. Thank you - these are a Xmas gift for my 2 sons. I highly recommend ordering. (My order was the dog tag necklace with an engraving only)

I just received this in the mail yesterday. The company is very quick to reply to anything you need they were extremely when I wanted to change something after I had already ordered it. I wasn’t sure what I was going to expect when I opened the package. It is so much more then anticipated the piece being. It is perfect! The quality, the writing and the rugby ball on the back! It also came a lot faster than the expected date. Everything is amazing. I would recommend this and plan to order another one in the future.

Exactly what I ordered- I was so happy to give this custom piece as a gift, and it arrived a week or so before the scheduled delivery date.It's got a decent weight to it, not flimsy. I loved that both sides can be customized and there's a fairly generous number of characters allowed.Would love to see it also offered in a two tone option, one side gold, one silver, and maybe two chains to switch it up.
