OVERHEATS POTENTIAL fire hazard
I’m not sure why I was asked to rate the sheerness & stretch of a lightbulb socket adapter as those are not relevant characters of the item I purchased? What I can tell you about YAYZA medium to candelabra socket adapter for Edison bulbs is that I don’t believe they are safe to operate. I used one in a small accent lamp with a 20 watt bulbs do not only did the bulb become excessively hot but the power cord did as well. The lamp’s on/off switch on the cord was so hot that I couldn’t turn it off with a bare hand! I tried the YAYZA socket with different bulbs in several lamps around my home & got the same result every time. AMAZON NEEDS TO CHECK THESE ITEMS FOR SAFETY AS THEY APPEAR TO BE A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD! I would return them but I fear they will be resold to another unsuspecting customer. I am throwing them in the trash where they cannot cause a house fire.

Be aware!
I was left a bit confused at first when I was trying out these gu10-e27 adapters because they work on some of the sockets and on others they don’t. For the ones that don’t work, the gu10 prongs slide into the sockets fine, but I simply could not twist and lock them in place. So I compared the sockets and had immediately noticed there was this protruding centre in the gu10 sockets that I had a problem with. I believe this is what is preventing the prongs from sitting in completely, thus, explains why they cannot be twisted. I was going to complain, but then saw the product description does cover this issue. Oh well, no problem with the product itself, I am making good use of the pack I bought, though it is worth checking for compatibility if you are interested in buying.

Both in pack defective
Bulb wouldn’t illuminate with either adapter from 2-pack. To be sure it wasn’t user error, I tested them both with a voltage meter/tester. I was able to get current only by sticking tips of electrodes into the grommet holes. The grommets are supposed to transfer current to the metal contact and threads that they are fastened to. No luck after several attempts.

Easy to install and very affordable!
The ceiling fan in my extra room has the tiny light receptical. The bulbs were as small as a golf bulb. This new receptical had a larger receptical on it so I put in a larger bulb and can see so much better. It was simple to install. I love it!

Good price and fast shipping.
Product works like it is intended and adapts my mogul base LED corn bulbs to fit medium base sockets.

Works well for ceiling fans with smaller bulb types
Worked well converting my ceiling fan's smaller fixture to a regular type A. I was able to swap out the bulbs for CFLs and LEDs that give off a lot more light and use less wattage.I had to pull the metal piece inside of it up slightly so the bulb would get connection on a couple, but that may be because something may have pushed on it beforehand.I ordered 15 of these and they have all worked well supporting 45 watt CFLs and LEDs.Spec wise, they seem better than others.

Whose idea was that?
I can't imagine why anyone ever thought introducing a "bayonet mount" bulb in place of the standard screw-in mount could be a good idea (marketing?) but it wasn't. Try finding a smart LED bulb with a GU24 base. Ha! The Yayza! adapter solves the problem though. Works perfectly.

Great adaptor
Needed this for my corn light LED bulb. Bought the two pack in case I need a second corn light and I think I do. The one was impressive. These are the perfect adaptor for converting the corn light screw to the standard US light bulb socket.
