It's a very nice product and looks great. It functions as advertised and I've been happy with it for 3 years. Just recently the smaller shower head has malfunctioned. Now when you twist the back of it to select different spray patterns it does nothing. So I'm stuck with the spray pattern it was in which sucks but I guess after 3 years issue are to be expected.[update 2/16/23] I ordered the wand only to solve my issue above regarding the wand. I didn't realize until the order arrived but the wand in this photo for the full set is not the same as the wand when I originally ordered in 2020. The wand I that came with this matched the look of the overhead shower head. You can see the new wand in the picture is a different color for the holes the water comes out. Look at my photo of the wand that came with the set vs the wand they now show in this product photo. The new wand sucks and isn't the same pressure because of this I have to change my review to a 4 star

I really wanted to like this product very much! My initial evaluation when I opened the box was that the shower assembly was very well constructed. Upon review of the instructions, it became clear that:1) The instructions were not written by a native English speaker, as there were several vague indications on how to perform certain tasks.2) While it appeared well thought out, it only provided one size nipple (I'm guessing that it was 1/2" x 2"). The instructions suggested that if the dimensions of the existing pipe was less than 2", then this 2" nipple would suffice. That was incorrect! I had to go back to the store to get a shorter nipple (1/2" x 1-1/2")After returning from the store, I began assembling the shower assembly, only to find that there was so little grease in the tiny packet, that I barely coated the two sets of O-rings. I did my best to coat then, and continued my assembly. When I finally mounted it all on the wall, I discovered that the 1-1/2" long nipple was still 1/2" too long, but I adjusted everything so it would fit.RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE MANUFACTURER:- include several nipples (they cost you less than $0.50 each, but it would save your customer an invaluable amount of time- include ample amount of grease to ensure a water-tight fitting of the O-rings

Here are the positives:1. Very nice clean aesthetic2. Easy to install*3. Performs well4. Great valueThe asterisk is the one gripe i had with this:I'm not sure how far deep into the wall other people's shower arm goes, but mine was really just a couple centimeters behind the finished wall. The instructions make it seem as if you need to take some measurements in order to determine if you'll need the provided nipple. But you really have no choice but to use it in order to make the connection to the rest of the fixture. It turns out that the one provided was too long. So i had to go to Home Depot to get a nipple that basically provided no extension and only served as a means to connect the fittings in order to make the whole fixture work.This was a minor annoyance. But after i got the part i needed, installation was easy and the end result was very satisfying :)

This shower head is great, I don’t like getting out of the shower. Easy to install and great water pressure. It’s been up for a couple months now and no complaints.

I wanted to replace an overhead hand shower and this was perfect. Very low price. Excellent quality - the only plastic piece is the hand shower; everything else is well put together metal product. The overhead rain shower is wonderful anf the handshower delivers as promised.The only modification that was necessary was a 3" brass fitting versus the one provided. Everything else was straight forward. I did not drill the lower connection, I used the 3M adhesive pad, and it is terrific.This is a retrofit in a property I am renting, but I would definitely reccomend.

This shower head is mostly amazing! We love how the bar that has the smaller head allows it to go up or down, and we slightly angled the bar (like 5° instead of straight down) to allow for more placement options. The mist setting is pointless on this one, which is too bad (a different shower head has an amazing mist that we were hoping this would be more like), and the rainhead part does get water mineral clogged really fast compared to other shower heads with the same water. But ultimately we love it and bought a second one for the other bathroom!

This was a nice piece. good fit and finish. The brushed nickel was a good match to my delta trim . I gave it 4 stars because there’s not enough adjustment for situations where the shower head drop ear is not in the same plane as the shower surround . In other words, the tub surround sticks out 1-2 inches past the drywall. I got lucky and a found a piece of pvc pipe that covers the gap that the brushed nickel trim piece couldn’t completely cover .
