I love my 9pc sectional furniture.. it's perfect and beautiful in my yard... the only thing is I was expecting 5 decorative pillows (stripe orange) but I only received 2 decorative pillows... which in the picture it's 5 pillows and not 2... so I hope they will send me the other 3 pillows that I am expecting..

To start I would say I 100% recommend this patio set! It’s exactly what I thought I was going to get with a few nice extras.The shipping took 8 days from CA to OK. My estimated shipping time when ordering was at least 6 weeks, but true to the questions and other reviews it came before the sellers claim of 10 days. It came in 3 large boxes, each weighing around 63lbs. Nothing was damaged or broken despite a couple boxes looking worse for wear.As far as the assembly- if you are doing it by yourself, expect to spend a few hours to assemble the whole thing. The instructions are very basic without a ton of detail, but After the first box I was a pro and had a system down. Lay out all your screws with washers on them before starting and that will save some effort. A socket wrench could be helpful although I didn’t use one. This probably goes without saying but make sure to assemble on an area rug or a surface that isn’t rough. As you can see in one of my photos- my kid drug a chair piece across the cement patio before I could stop her and it damaged the chair very easily.A few other nice things to note- there were 4 chair clips that I didn’t know were included. These snap the underside of the pieces together to keep them from separating or sliding too much. I will probably order some additional ones as I have assemble the couch to include to two armless pieces. Another nice feature is the ottoman cushions have a zipper that is concealed underneath so no zipper edges are visible from any side. There is also leveling screws in the bottom corners of each piece. By loosening this screw you can raise or lower the chairs- another great discovery. There also is an additional seat cushion for the glass table top to be converted to another ottoman.I have included a photo of the underside of the seats. There are bars that run across each corner for support and then braided wicker that run criss cross. This seems sufficient as I am 250lbs and it feels sturdy. Also, since it is hard to see the throw pillows in the product images I included a close up to show they are not orange as I originally thought, but more of a coral- which worked perfectly for me! The cushions are thick enough and with the little extra give to the seat design, are very comfortable. I could see in a few years possibly adding an extra piece of foam to plump them up more, but no necessary right now.All in all if you’re hesitant just buy the dang thing you won’t regret it!

This set is beautiful and amazing. Getting it was rough... It came within a week of ordering in four separate boxes on four separate days. I was inpatient and wanted to track the Federal Express delivery but only one of the boxes had a tracking number - that part was scary. It did take a long time to assemble... my husband did it for me and I want to say it took maybe three hours? But once it was done, it was better than the photos. Its a very soft wicker, it very comfortable. Only down side is that the table is low for dining. I don't know how it will wear but once assembled... FIVE STARS! (And half the price of a similar set I saw at Home Goods.)

Great outside couch and because of the size it was flat packed and needed assembly. Took several hours but I had good tools. The blue is very bright and freshened up our patio.

The furniture took time to assemble. The pillows were packed flat. But as soon as I opened the bags they were in, they started plumping right up. The blue is vibrant. I love it. The backs are a bit low. Almost too low for my husband who is 6'1". Since I'm only 5'3", they fit me fine. The furniture is more comfortable than I had expected when we opened the boxes. They come in 3 boxes. I was afraid I would be disappointed because of the time it took to assemble. And I wasn't sure how sturdy it would be. But the set grew on me. Great to sit outside and read or nap.

Most of the pillows were flat so it makes the set looks so uneven I’m just so very disappointed about that otherwise the that was very nice I’m still waiting to hear back if those will be replaced it would be very nice please replace just the inserts that’s all I need pillow inserts I would really appreciate it thank you I’m so sad

One hundred percent satisfied! This set is extremely comfortable (I’ve slept on it) and looks great in our space! We had an issue with one of the pieces being bent and the customer service was fantastic and remedied the situation in a timely fashion! It was easy to put together, just follow the directions and you shouldn’t have a problem! I recommend this set to anyone and brag about how comfortable it is to all the ladies at work! If you’re looking for a set, this is the one you should get!

Took awhile to assemble but once completed it is actually a pretty nice set. Cushions are thick enough that they are comfortable, I’m 230lbs and have taken naps in the couch portion
