Universal Gas Can Spout Replacement 5 Gal (3 Pack) Gas Can Nozzle Fits All Sizes Blitz, Scepter, Old Style Gas Cans, Includes Nozzles, and Vent Caps

I used 2 of the spouts on 2 of my spector gas cans and they did not leak a drop and were a good price and they are great for seniors with arthritis in there hands.

I bought this to replace old spouts that had cracked. These fit perfectly and came with vents that would speed up the flow of liquid pouring out of my cans.I drilled the holes for the vents and followed the instructions. The vents snapped in perfectly and stopped the gurgling when I was pouring fuel. Now the flow is much quicker and smoother.The reason I gave this 4 stars, instead of 5 is, the vent caps have a flimsy retainer. I installed these vents on my cans last summer. I've only snapped them open and shut less than 6 times and the retainer that holds the cap to the vent is already broken. I'll just have to be careful not to lose the caps, now that they're no longer attached.

These spouts allows one to return to the days before the space-age spouts were introduced. The space-age spouts were driven by the EPA to ensure minimum loss of gasoline (or other volatile liquids) into the atmosphere. However, installing one of these spouts is simple and accomplishes the same EPA mandate; one drills a hole in the container, inserts the air vent, replaces the stock spout, and pour away like we used to do. Placing the cap on the nozzle and snapping the air vent in place seals the container and avoids vapor loss. These replacement units are almost a must for those who have multiple gas-powered tools.

The Super Spout Universal Gas Can Spout Replacement does not fit the Scepter 5 gallon gas can that I own. The cap provided is not threaded to work the the Scepter 5 gallon gas can. See attached images for the gas can type and the difference in gas can cap threads.Also, the black gas can caps provided do not fit the spouts provided. Areasonable person would not be able to put the black cap on the gas can spout as provided.1 star for value because you get three spouts with fittings for all three. They don't fit a Scepter gas can and they do not even fit each other.1 star for quality features because the cap doesn't fit a Scepter gas can and their own black and yellow caps does not work with their spout.1 star for safety because without trying I can tell you this set-up will leak gas. It's not safe.Don't buy this product unless you know for sure it will fit your gas can.

Great fit onto the nozzle, so much happier with the product than the worthless one gas cans come with now. Cap to the nozzle though is too small for the nozzle, so it has to be forced on hard to work. Tenuously secure, as it seems like it will pop off, but hasn't as of yet.

Fit my old gas cans perfectly. More parts than I need right now but will keep them for future use.Not buying any of the new goofy spouted gas cans of today. The s.new gas cans are impossible to easily use. I will stick to my old ones. Thank you.Good product

Yellow caps to hold down the spout are weak and crack easily when tightened resulting in leaks. All 3 of kine are cracked now. The black cap to close the end of the spout does not fit tightly and is easy to accidentally knock off. Right idea, but poor quality and fit. Clearly a rushed china manufacturing job. Lastly, no flame arrestor on these.

Need 1/2 drill and hammer to put in vent, you will not push it in with thumb.....good-n-tight fitThe cap that holds the spout on, 2 included for different threads, threads match but needed large pliers to get it tight enough to not leak.....also need large pliers to get it off, so I just used the one that came on the gas can....hand tight no leakFar far better than the modern gas cans
