Original was too bumpy and ridgy to adhere to magnetic strip. Got a sleeker case, works great. Super sticky/tight

Inserting it into the cigarette lighter is easy. Causing the cell phone to attach to the magnet is also easy, but the magnet is way too weak. While normal driving, the cell phone repeatedly fell onto the floor of the car. When it does adhere, the phone is wobbly in the holder, probably due to the weight of the cell phone and charging cable pulling on the long neck of the holder. Now looking for a better alternative.

Got the wrong product the first time around, but found that I loved the home and office portable stand. So much that I did not return it but ordered a second one for my girlfriend and still placed an order for the car plug in. It does tend to move a little but I do have an S20 Note Ultra so that's to be given.

Scoshe was one of the first innovators of decent cellphone holders for cars and when being a rideshare driver, you really need good product. With that being said, they are the only company that makes a cigarette lighter plug in with a magnetic holder. The problem is that within a month, the mount that goes in the cigarette lighter starts to wear out and then twists or rolls over. I just have to keep uprighting it and shoving back into the socket. Also, they only have 4 cheap magnets in the head. How about spending a a little more in better magnets and a better holding system. I wouldnt mind if they only lasted a year but they dont. I have several of these and they make two models. The cheaper one has a defect where the internal nut that holds the mount backs out and then its done for. How about spending a penny and put a lock washer on that bolt? Problem solved. Ince the but backs out, you cannot take it apart to screw it back in. Beleive me I tried and then broke it apart to see why. No lock washer on an item that has a nut and bolt that moves around is pure stupidity on a design. Get with the program and fix this.

Perfect size and charging connections...exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, the magnet isn't strong enough to keep phone attached and/or upright. The connection to the 12V outlet/cigarette lighter ALSO isn't secure enough to keep it upright. Disappointed and will be replaced with a Quad Lock for more $$

Works perfectly for what I need. I have a cigarette lighter in the center dash above the radio, which fits perfectly in there to hold my phone. It seems a little wobbly, but it's solid and holds my iPhone 12 just fine.

I work from home and don’t drive much so this has had minimal use and has already come apart where the shaft connects with the charging base. I’ve attempted to access the free moving nut the shaft connects with to no avail. And… the shaft screw doesn’t reach the nut, so no hope to reconnect it. Too bad, it worked great for a while.

The magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the phone. My phone (15 pro) turns upside down on the magnet and then slowly falls off of it. Even if I could put the magnet higher in the phone to avoid the turning upside down the magnet still isn’t strong enough to hold the phone.

Works great never had a problem.

I just received the phone mount.I had two issues with the product. So I am going to return it.1. Magnet not strong enough to hold the phone.2. Arm is not as long as shown in the pictures. It is about 5 inches long.

Great product . Works as it was meant to . The only thing that would make it better would be to eliminate the cable for charging and have it Qi compatible as it is already plugged into a power source .
