Great car seats
These are amazing car seats! Made with a metal frame they are extremely heavy but are so amazing for keeping your child safe in an accident! They aren’t the easiest to install but it wasn’t too difficult. It’s very important to use the rear facing piece when rear facing but my kids have used these since they graduated the baby bucket car seats. They are thin and can fit 3 across which is why I had to have three of them! They are beautiful and definitely worth the price!

The best!
These are the best! We had one for out preschooler and bought two more for our twins. They fit 3 across in my Pilot, two rear facing one forward. The seat backs are tall but still fit behind the seats comfortably. There’s plenty of legroom for them to stretch out and be comfortable, the lower profile seat makes it easy to get in and out of. These are easy to clean, comfortable for the kids, durable and will be the only seats we will have to buy. One thing to note, they are HEAVY, but not hard to install or move around and the fold flat feature is good if you need to fly.

Very safe, but cumbersome to install, or carry thru an airport.
This is a great, high quality car seat that seems over engineered enough to survive re-entry into the atmosphere from space, or lift off on a Saturn 5 booster rocket. The downside is that it’s not at all easy to install, especially if you’re not super fit athletic mom who can wrestle a 35-40lb car seat into the seatbelt. Once installed, it’s not a problem, but if you’re traveling and taking this w/ you, it’s heavy and cumbersome if you are carrying a toddler too!

Second Diono I’ve bought
My 10 month old loves it. We’ve had it for few months. I will be traveling and use it in another country too since it folds up and there is a strap you can buy for it. My youngest sleeps so well in it, the way the strap holds her face while she sleeps is great. That’s worth the price to see her comfy and her head being stable when I turn a corner. Plenty of leg room rear facing too compared to the one I have in my husbands truck. This is my second diono. I will buy more for our 3rd vehicle soon. I feel they are the safest seats out there. I know they are pricey but the leg room is important I have leggy kids.

BEST car seat for older toddlers and young kids
Can't say enough great things about this car seat for my older toddlers. I had the Britax boulevard when my kids were little and I loved how safe and snug it was. But as my son turned 4 it felt too snug but he was not ready for a booster. I bought the Dino and it is AMAZING. Steel frame, easy and tight install, super safe, and way more comfortable leg room for a now 5 year old. I also bought one for my 2 year old and skipped the Britax all together. This is the only car seat I recommend now. NOTE: Ive never tried rear facing install but forward facing is a breeze!

Nice sturdy carseat
So getting this carseat started was a challenge. We thought the instructions did not come with it, but then found by searching online it is located inside the fabric where there is a location for it to be stored all the time. We also bought the extra angler piece to help with the rear facing. We have a 2017 Subaru Outback and installed it in the middle seat rear facing. My husband is 6" and I am 5'3". We both can fit in either seat in the front and be comfortable. This is with the angler adjuster. Without that we probably wouldn't be comfortable. The cushions on the straps were a nuisance. My husband ended up turning it so the flaps with the velcro wouldn't be in our daughters face. Leaving it the way it was when it came it was very bulky and digging into our daughters neck if the top buckle was at chest level. It is a little tough to tighten than my slimfit. We like the feature of the strap that goes on the tracks of the front seats to prevent the head of the carseat from moving too much. The cup holder is okay. My daughter can get her drinks in and out easily. I think my daughter thinks it is comfortable as she has fallen asleep in it a few times. It is easier getting my daughter in and out of than the slimfit. My husband also found it annoying that you have to remove stuff in order to adjust the height of the straps. You have to rethread it at the appropriate height of your child. This carseat is definitely one to install once and leave it be though. Comparing it to our infant grace extend2fit and grace slimfit I definitely like this one better to transition out of infant carseat. It gives us more room up front to be comfortable than the other two carseats installed rear facing.

Amazing build quality, slim design
These car seats are the nicest once we've owned. The build quality is amazing and they are so slim. My only complaint is that they are a little difficult to install, but once you figure out how to do it, it's not too bad. Also, I will take off 1 star as there's no nice way to install the cup holder. You have to flap up the cover material to install them.
