They made them even better! (better tapes/better fabric)
I buy these from time to time when the Walgreens brand starts acting up. Inevitably a change is always made in these "budget" incontinence products and usually it always winds up being awful. Not this time though. McKesson made the outside less papery and more soft and upgraded the tapes as well. It genuinely feels much closer to the nice, cloth-like fabric that you'd find on some more premium products. The tapes feel sturdy and remind me of those found on something like Huggies. The break point on me for tapes though is typically where the tape is attached to the diaper itself and not a problem with it actually sticking. Still, the last run of these that I had had some tapes that were very stiff and had some sharp corners. Those are gone now and some nice, relatively soft ones are in their place. Unlike the walgreens brand they don't seem to have made them narrower either and they look well reinforced. If they act up on me in the coming weeks I'll amend this, but so far I'm LOVING the upgradesI also only wear these with boosters so I can't comment on the absorbancy but I don't find myself leaking often in these or running into massive capacity issues too early on. I can say with confidence that the leg gatherers seem to work much better than the Walgreens brand I was using. They seem to have nicer elastic. They ride a little lower in the back as well so they're more discreet. Might not be ideal for bed-time coverage but I've not had too much of an issue there. I don't have that many leaks in these and now they're even softer and quieter.Overall I'm impressed. I really wasn't expecting an upgrade to these. I'd sadly gotten used to the papery, cheap "cloth-like"-"fabric" that every company uses in this price range. Very, very happy. I'll be buying these a lot more often! I don't know who's steering this product forward, but whoever it is, cheers to you!UPDATE: To update, I have had some issues with the tapes stretching a little too much over-time and needing to be readjusted. This has lead to some leaks which I feel shouldn't have happened. If there was a way to minimize this or keep this from happening so that they would stay snug then these would be ideal. Especially the bottom tapes which have a habit of loosening up on me which leads to the leakguards failing. It's not a dealbreaker by a longshot, but It's a bit annoying and means they're not *quite* as attractive for night time use as I'd initially hoped.

surprisingly good
At first I thought these would be just another cheap brand that says they’re super absorbent when in reality they’re not half bad, at least when you double diaper. I can never wear these without double diapering unless I’m in public due to my pee portions being huge, meaning I’m usually guaranteed to leak. These aren’t the best night-time diapers either but they do the job decently, as I’ve went to bed dry and woke up with a pretty full diaper without any leaks the majority of the time. I’d suggest buying booster pads if your pee portions are big and I’d also suggest double diapering if you’re not in public, unless you don’t really care what others think, but even then I’ve went out in public double diapered with this brand once and it’s pretty discreet, the double diaper makes the crinkles less obvious than it would have been with a singular diaper, but having one diaper on under shorts/pants are thinner and more discreet. Also I know these diapers aren’t specifically made for bowel containments but it can at least work. There will be a smell though. Overall these diapers aren’t bad for it’s price but I’m most likely gonna buy a different brand next time I buy diapers, rearz are much better.

Product is fine - but shipper is difficult
We ordered the wrong item, and had to return the product. The shipper charged over 1/2 the cost of the item to return. We are a non-profit caring for people with dementia. I know health care items are grossly overpriced and take advantage of people with very limited incomes, but this was very uncalled for. I won't buy from McKesson again because of it. We order briefs almost every week, but they will not be from McKesson again. Understanding it was our error and there would be a restocking fee is fine, but seriously, this was extreme. Especially because the only way to ship it back was to drive to the shipping company and take it in myself. Having Amazon pick up wasn't even an option. That was many trips to carry all the boxes we ordered into a shipper. Terrible customer service. If I could give no starts based on the experience, I would.
