Holy Braille
Too short but braille is always important.

Good but needs editing
A good book but a couple of editing errors that need correcting. As you can see in the pics the letter ‘j’ has been written looking like ‘I’, and there is a spelling error it should be Neptune not Neptun.

Very clear to understand
I found this book very helpful. I have AMD and my sight is gradually disappearing. I want to learn some Braille while I can still see.

Mistakes!
Too many mistakes in the booklet. The 'e' is missed off the word 'Neptune', and the Braille symbol for a question mark is incorrect. The 'j' also looks the same as an 'i' for some reason.Needs to be properly proof read before hitting the printers!

Very easy to learn with plenty of space to practice.
Very easy to understand and good practice section. I think this book could be improved by using raised braille too just as it's real life practice.

Large , clear print, easy to follow
I am visually impaired and my sight is steadily diminishing. I have bought this book to learn brail in preparation for my future.Very easy to pick up and see the images. Some useful practice pages but this is fir using your sight. IE: it is not 3D braille squares. That said, it’s a really good book for an introduction and learning this language

Great concept, could use a little editing
This is a fun little booklet for sighted people interested in learning to read Braille. It is not a draw-back that raised Braille is not included; sighted people most often read Braille with their eyes. The booklet is published in large print with simple page layouts that are easy to read. The author clearly explains the logical code that underlies the Braille alphabet and numbers, then provides practice pages for reading and writing Braille. The only flaw is that it reads as if it was machine-edited. Errors like "lesser" for "later," and leaving the planet "Neptune" as "Neptun" are puzzling. Some readers may struggle a bit with the font, which represents lower case "i" and "j" almost identically. But the book concept is welcome.
