Wuloo Wireless Intercom Doorbell Chime for Home Intercomunicador (1&1-White)

I liked the doorbell at first. Easy installation, good range. Once my evil neighbor learned about my doorbell he purchased same device and is now able to remotely ring my doorbell anytime he wants. This is very annoying,because there is nothing I can do to secure my device and he can ring my door bell from across the street. I had to disconnect the device to stop the 5am rings. So again good device but absolutely no way to secure the device from another users.

I had a problem with the exterior unit call button getting stuck. In fairness, that button was pressed a lot for our retail store! Wuloo sent me another exterior unit. I couldn't understand how to pair the interior and exterior.With the patience of saints, they guided me. I required many emails because I was not actually reading what they kindly wrote. I am telling you they wrote to me over and over until I finally actually calmed down and read their words. They told me they would help me as long as it took. The units paired . They work great. I am delighted with Wuloo!I aploigized for being a serious pain to them

I'm using this product as a Pager so that my father can call for me from his bed with the press of a button. I'm also usingit as an intercom. It is simple and works perfectly. I'm glad that I purchased this Doorbell system.

I have a disability that stops me from getting to the door. Usually its UPS, solicitors, etc.Now when the chime rings I can talk to the visitor and they can talk back. The quality of the audio is as good as a landline phone. There is a bunch of chime sounds to choose from and set. It took me longer to read the instructions than it did to set up the system. I have 2 indoor units. 1 next to my living room chair and another next to my bed. No more yelling "just a minute" "I'm coming". Buy this item with confidence. The customer service by email is fast and accurate. Good job Wuloo!

The unit arrived in perfect condition, setup took three minutes, the installation was a snap. The outdoor unit is attached to the left side of my main door, just below shoulder height. My apartment is upstairs, over a garage, so, the main unit is approx 45 feet from the outdoor unit. No problem with the distance, push the button at the door and the unit upstairs rings. Push the talk button upstairs and they hear me at the door. Watterproofness appears to be functional as the door has no overhang wh after installation, have several heavy rain storms with no ill effects.I'm not really worried about battery life as the main unit is always charged and when the outdoor unit gets drained, I'll just swap the batteries between the two units and immediately be back in service.

We needed a wireless intercom to connect with visitors prior to them entering our office. The Wuloo Wireless Intercom Doorbell Chime is perfect. We charged both units overnight prior to install. It installed quickly and easily outside on the doorjamb. We like the fact the batteries are rechargeable and can be swapped between the indoor and outdoor units. We asked the seller a question and their response was quick and pleasant. It has been an all around great experience.We originally installed the unit in August 2020. In December 2020 the outside unit call button started to stick. It caused the inside unit to chime until we unstuck the outside unit. We contacted Wuloo. They are sending us a new outside unit. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with them again.

I bought this device because I have a hard time seeing who is on the other side of the door. The problem with this device is I already have a doorbell and unless the outside device button doorbell button is pushed the inside intercom will not even work oh, so the outside device has all the control of whether the inside intercom works or not. What I had to do with switch them out and put the inside the box outside and the outside device inside so that when my doorbell,, is wrong I can push the outside device doorbell which accesses the intercom and can talk to the person outside. The functions are all mixed up. You should have more control in the inside device all the control should not be given to the outside device. That really makes no sense. However I made it work.

Waste of money, DO NOT BUY. One charging unit, doesn’t hold a charge for more than a couple of days and now, even after a full charge, just dies almost immediately. Yes, I’ve checked the channels in each unit, tested both after full charges, range is not an issue (upstairs/downstairs), and we’re using the buttons correctly. Followed instructions exactly. No way is anyone going to use this on different levels, let alone indoor/outdoor, without a dedicated power source. Save yourself the time, trouble and expense and just purchase a better unit at a higher price or just use some walkie talkies. This is going into the trash now.

Works really well. Loud and clear audio from the curbside which is 50m away. Wish the outdoor handset said "buzzer" instead of "outdoor" - it confuses our customers.We are having one little problem - I bought a second set and wanted to use the "indoor" unit from that with the "indoor" and "outdoor" unit from the first set. But we can't seem to get it work consistently. We may have to just use one "indoor" with one "outdoor".

I bought a door wireless intercom system in Apr 2020. Two months later, I started to have issues with the indoor unit losing connection with the outdoor unit (it randomly didn't respond to a door bell press on the outdoor unit, and I had to manually restart the indoor unit each time to overcome the issue). I contacted Wuloo and they provided some technical assistance on how to re-program the units, and they also offered to refund me 10% back for my inconvenience. The unit seems to be communicating well after the re-programming. Fast forward to Nov 2020, the same issue surfaced, and I contacted Wuloo again about this issue. Despite technically outside of the warranty coverage window, Wuloo offered to send me a brand new system free of charge (as well as cover the shipping of the RMA unit back). Kudos to Wuloo - this is how great customer service should be.

THESE ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. TO UP GRADE YOU NEED A LOT OF MONEY. EXTRA CHARGER U MUST BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER ?? 100.00 BUCKS CANADIAN. STAY CLEAR AND BUY A BETTER QUALITY ONE U SAVE $ IN THE LONG RUN

Bought 4 months ago and use this product as a main entrance door bell. 1 Indoor + 1 Outdoor units.Through last winter now I found that Outdoor unit Bell button won't trigger Indoor unit ring alarm. Checked both batterie levels good, talking between two units still working.Information shows Return and Support both closed.What to do?

Excellent concept, boîtier robuste, très facile à utiliser. Seul petit hic, il faut charger les batteries 1x/sem au mieux 10 jours.
