Souffle Dish Ramekins for Baking – 48 Oz, 1.5 Quart (7.5 Inch) Large Ceramic Oven Safe Round Fluted Bowl and Condiment Spoon for Soufflé Pot Pie Casserole Pasta Roasted Vegetables Baked Desserts

Ordered this to use in my 8 quart InstantPot, it fits perfectly inside, and lifts out easily with the metal insert. I was making a chocolate bread pudding that required a 1.5 quart souffle dish, and it fit perfectly inside this dish, a little rounded over the top, like a muffin, but cooked down.

I ordered the dish specifically to go with a soufflé recipe that called for a 48oz dish. I paid more for what I was told was a 48oz dish. But it’s not. To the fill line it’s 32oz and to the very top it’s 36oz.But I do like the dish, it’s bright yellow, has no defects in the finish.But the 32oz dish from this brand is cheaper, but I’m afraid it’s 24oz or smaller.Overall it would have been perfect if it was the size stated. A 48oz dish would spread out the ingredients thinner and cook faster. So I need to adjust my recipe (soufflés are notoriously precise)

Works well for its intended purpose of making quiche in my 6 qt instant pot. Very sturdy and seems well made.

Not a souffle dish, more like a gratin dish. The inner measurement is slightly less that 2 inches, so not enough dish to allow a souffle to climb. Yellow color was not as lemon yellow as in the ad pictures, very pale yellow instead. Sturdy enough for a gratin dish. Also came without the spoon included, seller offered to send spoon but I declined as it is not important to me. Will give away or toss this dish, since it will not work for a souffle and I dislike the pallid insipid color so much; ordered from different company already with a proper depth for souffles.

We have chickens and I am always looking for more ways to use our constant supply of eggs. I was watching Jacques Pépin make his mother's Easy Cheese Souffle and I had never made a souffle, intimidated by stories of how difficult it was and that they collapsed easily. He made it look foolproof, so I bought this 6-cup souffle dish. Well, it was a success and I love how easily it cleaned up. Tip from Jacques, prep the dish with plenty of butter. I highly recommend this dish.

This is the perfect size and one of the most difficult sizes to find.Most are too deep or too wide, but this bakes a Brie en Croute and can be used as a serving dish.The ceramic spoon included was a very nice touch.Will probably order two more. Worth the search and purchase!

I wish these were bigger.The spoon fell out and broke when I opened the box. But I love them. I ordered two different sizes.

I bought this to make desserts in my Instant Pot, but I just used it this morning to make rice pudding in the oven. It's the same feel and quality as Corelle. Glad I bought it! Sometimes you just need a smaller baking dish.
