If you want an office chair that feels good on your back, this is it. It is worth the price. The chair itself is made of quality material and looks professional. I bought it for back support because I sit at a desk all day and work. I was having major back pain from my previous chair. This chair has helped a lot! I have never had a chair that supports the lower back like this one does. It really does help to relax your back and support it while you are sitting. It is very comfortable to sit in. The head rest is nice as well. But the way it contours to fit your back is the super feature. As for putting it together, it is relatively easy. The only issue was that some of the screws did not fit certain holes so you have to play around with matching the right screws into the right holes. But I'm telling you, it's worth it!

This chair is made from poor quality materials, feels flimsy, and is extremely uncomfortable. I had a different La-z-boy for 10 years that was wonderful. This is nothing like it, it's trash. I also believe it led to piriformis syndrome.

The chair is really comfortable, I have had for a few years now. The wear and tear is on the arms, and unfortunately there are no replacement parts, since this chair was discontinued. I purchased it a few years ago, but I wouldn't purchase this chair now, that you won't be able to service.

It took me about an hour or so to mount this chair up. The PVC leather on the seat, arm rest and back rest is a very good quality and feels very soft when you sit in the chair. The arm rest is made of a very easy to scratch hard plastic which looks really nice when the chair is all mounted. Those plastic screw hole covers are very cheap and easy to break.....you have to place them in according to the shape of the hole the first time or else it fits kinda loose after. The base of the chair is very sturdy and made of cast iron which has a really nice brush chrome finish.In summary the feel and comfort of this chair is really good. The back support with the new air support is super comfortable on the back. I'm a bit disappointed about the wobbly feel of the chair.....for the brand and price it should have been more sturdy. With that said I'd highly recommend this chair. It's a really nice upgrade from the ordinary👍👍

I work from home and spend much of my day's sitting working at the computer. I've always cheaped out in the past and have gone for the $100 office chairs and they never last long. This time I decided to spend a little more money to get something a bit nicer. I'm glad i did! The chair is extremely comfortable and does a great job encouraging proper posture! I can see myself getting many years of good service out of this chair. Everything seems very solid and built to last. I'm very happy with my purchase. Assembly was a snap for me, but maybe that's because I have so much experience putting together cheaper chairs.

This looks and feels really cheap. Its short and isn't comfortable at all. Wouldn't recommend at all

Great chair. Very comfortable. I have always gotten the cheapest office chair possible but this time I decided to treat myself. My only complaint is the chair did not come with directions. I had to call Customer Service and get the directions e-mailed to me. It was a bit of a hold time but they were very nice and prompt. I have no complaints about the chair. I am not good at putting things together and I could easily do it in just a few minutes.

The chair was comfy at first although it is a little hot. However after very frequent use over 18 months it is completely worn out. The base is unstable and hurts my back to stay balanced. I will admit that i am on the upper end of the weight limit and i have a tendency to lean back but this chair lasted less than half as long than i expected and nowhere near the 10 year warranty mentioned in their marketing.
