Bottom line, this desk is sturdy as heck and it goes together as expected, with no fitment or production quality concerns. As some other reviews suggest, the instructions can be hard to read if you don't pay attention, but every step is clearly outlined and well detailed in the pictures, so just look carefully for which direction to put the different pieces. My wife and I assembled this desk together in under two hours, and everything went together very well.I think that the build has been updated in recent past, because the instruction manual still shows an allen (hex shaped) wrench for some of the assembly steps, when really it is a phillips head screwdriver. There is a screwdriver and an allen wrench included in the packaging for all assembly. None of your own tools are required, but I used my own personal screwdriver because it has a more comfortable grip.As a helpful hint: Leave bolts a little loose until you get everything fitted in! Unlike some of the reviews on this product that I have seen (I think on amazon, maybe elsewhere) this desk has very good fitment and alignment. If you leave some of the bolts a bit loose, wait till everything is fitted and aligned, and THEN tighten down the bolts, the desk fits together very straight.This is an attractive addition to my wife's and my gaming/computer space, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality, simple, and sturdy desk.Finally, the desk does come in two packages. I would like to give a big thank you to the customer support, because when I was concerned about the second package, they quickly replied with the status of the delivery, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I received first package on a Friday, and the second one came in on a Tuesday.If I could give this desk and the companies customer support more stars, I absolutely would.

The media could not be loaded. Due to Covid, my wife and I needed a coed desk for our work. I was looking into getting a custom desk installed by a local contractor but decided to try this desk out instead. At first I was super skeptical with the size but once put together it’s huge and I am in love. The assembly was super easy, although a little time consuming for one person.. it is much easier than most assemblies I have put together before. Overall if you are looking for a high quality desk that not only looks amazing but is great for the price then look no further.. you will not be disappointed!

I was in the process of building a new desk from scratch, but kept running into roadblocks time-wise. I eventually settled on buying a flat-pack desk instead, but wanted it to be big enough for both myself and my wife to use.First and foremost, the packaging on this desk was A+!! Everything comes in 2 separate packages (Amazon only gives you one tracking number, but if you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, you'll be alerted to both on their way). Both arrived the same day for me, unlike some other reviews I've read. The packages were very beat up from shipping, which made my stomach drop when they arrived, but to my excitement, everything inside was packed so well with dense packing foam blocks, that there wasn't a single scratch, dent or otherwise on any of the pieces!This desk has perfectly met our needs in every way thus far. It's plenty large for 2 people to simultaneously use. Despite the reputation that most flat-pack furniture is throw-away furniture, this desk surely surprises! It's sturdy metal frame was extremely easy to put together. There were a couple of pieces that needed to be unassembled during the process and put back on the opposite way (read a couple steps ahead and double check your hole positions) but otherwise, this desk was a breeze compared to other flat-pack furniture I've assembled before. The only tricky part was attaching the desktop pieces onto the frame, as the tolerances are extremely tight for hole alignment, but with a little persuasion, everything came together as expected.The only complaint I have, which doesn't relate so much to the desk is that I had to downsize my monitors to fit under the shelf (had 2 32" TVs previously). Otherwise, the only other thing I would say it's missing is any real kind of cable management. I've been able to attach pretty much all of the cables to the metal frame using Velcro ties to keep things tidy and manageable, but I'd love to see either a under-hanging metal cage/track for cable management be a standard feature. Aftermarket accessories are always a thing though, and I've been able to make things work fairly well without any such attachment so far.

My wife picked out this desk and at first I was a little skeptical. Since it has been assembled, I really like it! The wood panels are thick and nice to look at. The overall stability of the desk is great. Here is a pros and cons list:Pros:-Overall dimensions match the product description-Comes with extra parts and tools required for assembly-Lots of work space-Height from top of desk to top shelf is decent-Lower side shelves above the tower shelves are a nice touch-All pieces were labeled and properly referenced per instructionsCons:-Instructions were okay, just need to be aware of order of assembly and where you put in screws-Top wood panels of desk had a slight issue when aligning, had to play with placement (both same part number)-Beware of height for the PC tower shelf and your tower case dimensions. I have two full ATX towers; 1 fit with 1" clearance to the top, the other (which is older) is about 1 1/2" too tall to fit.As I previously stated, its a nice desk. Like everything else out there for purchase: do your homework to see if this product is right for you. I would reccommend this desk most definitely!Beware that this product is TWO BOXES, mine were delivered within 24 hours of each other.
