I clean houses for a living and this is the best cleaner for making white things white again. I have tried a lot of products that are on the market and this by far is the best I have found. I use it in bathrooms and in kitchens. You can even use it on stainless steel sinks. I used to purchase it at Target but I no longer can find any local stores that carry it. Many of my friends are using this product too and they love it also.

I used this on the vinyl seats of my '04 Yamaha SX230 jet boat which had considerable mildew and the product works. Shipping is a WHOLE other story as the original shipping box was leaking so badly the UPS driver told me do you want to accept delivery or send it back where we did.The second shipment I got it out of the box and my wife set the plastic bag with the three bottle shipment on our built in office desk in our breakfast area. Overnight the leaking (which includes bleach) ruined the front of the desk; an office chair pulled up to it and sweatshirt left on the desk.Great product, but find and buy it locally!!!One time shipping issue is an accident, but twice is a pattern.

So the box arrived in such a soggy, disintegrating condition due to a bottle leaking that I had to get a garbage bag to accept delivery. Amazon was great and over-nighted 3 more bottles which I received the very next day, even though only one bottle needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the second delivery was also leaking, enough so that the Postmaster saw (and smelled!) it and made my mailman write up an "incident report" because shipping bleach to the state of California is illegal. (who knew?) So ironically I ended up with close to 5 bottles of Soft Scrub when all I really wanted was one to try out! I gave my mailman one, for his trouble.Anyway, as far as the product goes. It seems like it works, although it's not exactly what I expected. It's a clear and a slightly thickened liquid. My biggest complaint is the spray bottle only has one setting. A very thin stream, so I"m not really sure what purpose the sprayer even serves. I bought this stuff for a shower that I inherited that has some gaps in the tile where mold grows and I wanted something I could apply that would stay put for a little bit, like a gel, rather than a liquid that evaporates after a few minutes. It seems to be helping a little, but I almost feel like it would be easier to just buy a regular squeeze bottle applicator because you have more control over the trajectory of the product. I thought a "spray" would be sure to get into every crevice, but with this very thin stream, it's hard to get the stuff exactly where you want it. When applying it, I have a lot of misses before hitting the right spots. So maybe 5 bottles was necessary after all? I haven't exactly figured out why they thought the sprayer was a good idea in the first place since it also feels pretty silly to use in a sink or some place where you want to cover a larger surface. Anyway, I see that Amazon is no longer shipping this product, and I agree with the other person's advice to buy it locally, because even when they know about the leaking problem, apparently there's no guarantee they can prevent it from happening. The bottles are loose in a plastic bag and apparently bumping each other in transit causes the lids to loosen. If they were shrink-wrapped together, it would probably be another story. Despite the mess, I do have to say that Amazon, as always, was beyond responsive in taking care of this problem. Their customer service has been stellar in every situation where I've had any kind of issue with a product I've purchased. So I give them 5 stars for that.

i find the product easier to use than the non-gel variety--i have scrubbed everything in my house with it already. good product!

When we received this product it had been re-boxed by UPS because the bottles had leaked and ruined the first box. When it was open the inside was a soggy, smelly mess. I salvaged about 1 and 1/2 bottles of the product, but my hands still stink from cleaning up the mess. I assume it works, but shipping prep for this product needs to be attended.

Probably one of the better bathroom mold grout cleaners u'll find in the supermarket. I prefer cleaning without chemicals, but I had to clean a filthy tiled shower that had mildew and mold in many places in a matter of a day...since hydrogen peroxide and baking soda hardly made a dent, I decided to try a commercial product. That's when I came across Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Remover....It does work...Oddly, scrubbing didn't make the product any more effective...I mean it probably removed about 50% of the mildew that was in the shower, which is a huge improvement given how it was. I was hoping it would get everything, but it did the job quick. It's great that it's not a spray, so u can work with it...it does SMELL though like bleach ( that it contains), so I'd air out the bathroom and the house. The one thing I DISLIKED was that it turned a few spots of the shower caulk GREEN....I guess there is such as a thing as OVERDOING this product in a short time, especially if the caulk already got white and the gel goes on it AGAIN.....So, be careful to NOT CLEAN caulk/grout that already is WHITE after using this product.

this is a great product and does the job. The vendor is fast and reliable, and I would use him again without hesitation
