Nice fire

though my original order of this fire arrived but light didn't work so fire had to be replaced, the replacement is in good working order & looks really warm & cozy in my L/room. Have not used the fan heater yet but didn't buy it for that. the "glow " of the fire light makes l/room look very welcoming on these cool mornings. . Would recommend .

Product looks nice it doesn't come with a remote control hence why I didn't put any stars for that. Overall excellent heat and looks lovely. Only thing I would say is the door is very flimsy plastic.

Arrived with NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS! I have requested an email from the seller with the instruction manual but not received! Can’t attach the legs so can’t use the fire! Very disappointing. Will have to find and pay for a handy man to assemble it for me as I live alone and don’t even possess a screwdriver!

I do not like the poor quality of the door and handle, it does not feel heavy or sturdy. I expected better quality for the price

Love my new fire it runs quietly which I have found lots of other fires dontHeat out put is good although I really only use with the glow onLegs were a problem the holes and filaments dont match up very well so the fire isn't very stable dont mean on it

Ok to the nitty-gritty first. In the description it says "THERMOSTAT CONTROLS- A control dial allows you to adjust the intensity of the fan heater to your needs and create a warm atmosphere." I don't know whether it is mine that is not working or this is a general bit of misdirection in the description. Even though I expect a thermostat to automatically vary the output, I followed the instructions given in the booklet by turning it up to max until the desired heat was reached,reducing it down until the fan heater kicked off, then raised it again just to the point where the fan kicked back in. I then expected the fan to cut out when it got warmer (which it didn't) and also when I turned it down so it just clicked off it never came back on automatically, however cold the room got. So, basically, it seems that it's working on full blast or nothing. I was therefore somewhat disappointed in this as I might as well just use a straight off/on switch. If anyone reading this review finds that theirs works a different way, please give a response. Other than that, the fire is fine, it was well packed and easy to assemble. It's quite a reasonable price and my expectations were not too high considering some of the reviews about the flimsiness of the door, but actually it was a lot better than they seemed to indicate.
