Phone does works. Some things I like, Some things I do not like.
Came today. First thing we did is test it. Phone does work, It receives calls. It also makes calls. Three switches, (Ringer On/Off), Dial (Tone/Pulse) and Ringer (Low/High) Phone does ring, however I did not notice change in the low/high option? So not sure what's up with that? The Handset I do love. It is heavy and fees original. The key to the cashbox feel flimsy like it wants to twist bend. And the worst thing is the quarter we tried in the pay slot, dropped as it should, but missed the hole and landed somewhere trapped in the cabinet. It took me about 30 minutes to shake it out of there. Hopefully no one else tries that one. I did see the reports of coins getting stuck. The reports didn't make regrets, as we like it on our walls (photos uploaded) Price was slightly high for a phone that doesnt let folks have fun dropping coins in the slot to reminisce how these phone once were, before cell phones. Overall my wife and I are happy we bought it. It is NOT our main phone. Better than looking at the plate on the wall.

Works great, works with the X-Link for mobile
I've always wanted a payphone as a home phone. Although this one wasn't rotary like the older ones, it definitely gives the look and feel of one so I settled. We haven't had many spam callers hit yet, but it felt like a horror movie when it rang at the struck of midnight!! Lol. It works great, though. It works with the X-Link device as well for anyone who uses a mobile device (we have a mobile line/device dedicated as our home phone line). I may still try to go on the hunt for the rotary version of this, if I can find one, but this'll work for now!

I can't love this more. It actually works too!
I ordered a land line for my home to install this to have it be a working payphone. Finding someone to put land line is was hilarious. It is only $20.00 now but was hooked up to a modem. My grandchildren can't love it more. It is so funny to see them try to figure out how to use it. And even when I get incoming calls it is epic the sound. It is so nostalgic. Even though the coins are just for show I have a jar of them next to the phone so everyone gets the full experience of how to use a payphone. Very cool

Looks Nice
The telephone has a pleasant, nostalgic appearance. This was purchased as a gift, and was obviously a return. The coins were not falling through. We had to open the phone (which was neither easy, or appreciated), and discovered numerous foreign coins stuck in the slot. After removing them, we found that only dimes fit through the slot. All others jammed up. The speaker continually falls out, and this requires opening, and re-clipping the piece. Would’ve preferred a new product, considering the price.
