Earth Angel Parfuma Rose, 1.5 Gal Potted, Blush Pink Peony-Shaped Blooms, Own Root, Hardy Zones 5-10, Live Plant, Stargazer Perennials

I had a place in my garden which is very conspicuous, gets lots of light and is a focal point in the garden. Earth angel seemed to be a good fit because it is a compact, has beautiful peony like flowers and is exceptionally fragrant. I initially wanted to get a 3 gallon rose from the nursery as they are usually grown from bare roots and are usually 2 years old and have a very good root system. As the Earth Angel was not available in the nurseries near me, I ordered the rose online.I am very happy with my purchase. A few things that I really like about the whole experience of buying with Stargazer perennials.1. The rose was well packaged, came with a plastic cover and had quite a few leaves. it was not completely defoliated as I had ordered the rose in May. I prefer packaged roses having leaves as it speeds up the time needed for them to establish in the garden. I have bought roses which had all their leaves defoliated. They took a longer time to put on leaves and establish.2. The rose plant itself looked very mature and had substantially thick stems which probably points to the fact that the root system is quite well developed. This was unlike own root roses that I had bought previously from another vendor. Their rose had spindly stems and took a lot more time to put on leaves and mature in the garden.3. The peat pot is a great idea as it avoids the roots being disturbed. When I plant own root roses, the roots are in a peat based soil which is often loose and falls away.4. Slow release fertilizer in the peat pot is another great idea. It avoids the hassle of fertilizing the rose at least for the first few months.I planted the rose in a hole that was about 2 feet by 2 feet in diameter and uses organic potting soil to fill in the hole. I added some mycorrhizal fungi to the hole and sprinkled some on top of the soil after planting. Its been 10 days and I can see a lot of shoots sprouting from the rose. I do believe the rose will establish quickly. I will provide updates on how the rose is growing.I recommend using natural organic products. I use a fish fertilizer and spray with neem oil every 2 weeks or a bit more frequently if there is a lot of insect or fungal activity. I also spray the plant every 2 weeks with marine kelp. In my experience this routine has enriched the soil, kept my roses very healthy and increased blooms a lot.Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate buying from this seller.

I just got my rosebush today and planted it in between rain bursts within 30 minutes of receiving it! I am very impressed with how well it was packaged and it came in perfect condition. The seller had it in a pulp type container and as instructed I planted it leaving it in the pulp container. I am certain it will do well because of how good it looks and it's container. I have never spent this much on a rose in my life, but my birthday is on St. Patrick's Day and I just had to have it! It is March13th, just in time for my birthday. I am so happy as to its health I just can't tell you. All of us that mail order plants know what can greet us when we open the box. 😲 Not one leaf was damaged. They put in 4 sturdy little sticks that I am going to use to hold up my heavy hyacinth that want to lean over, SCORE! I know you all know how we are always tieng thing up with whatever stick we can find. I will take pictures when it is not pouring rain and add the pictures. I am so happy with this purchase. For some odd reason one of my rose bushes has perished so I needed a replacement. I chose this type because I heard it smelled amazing! Well I ordered it and got it within three days and planted it right where the yellow rose bush was. When I first received it, it was very, very tiny, but it grew fast as heck and even has a rose Bud developing already! It’s only been planted a little under three weeks!! I’m excited to see the rose itself and smell its fragrance!! Can’t wait!! Will update when it blooms!! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for roses! They definitely impressed me!! 5 stars!! UPDATE: Got my first bloom!! It’s gorgeous!! A smaller flower than expected but we’ll see if that changes!! Very fragrant sweeter than the normal rose scent! So far I love this little Rose Plant very hardy and fast growing!!

Angel is Angel ! A rose you must have !! Pure ! Beautiful’It actually grows very slow in New York, however, it is worthy to wait because it is sooooooooo beautiful .

The rose bush came very well packaged and in perfect condition. The care and planting directions were clear and easy to follow as well as having some instructional photos.When I opened the box the bush only had very small buds of groth coming off of the branches, but now it has tons of growth on it and all within a week after receiving the plant. Everyday i see more growth. I am so impressed with the health of this plant that I went ahead and purchased another. I cannot wait until it fills out and blooms. I do realize it might be next year until the bush blooms, but that is just fine by me, I am very used to the hurry up and wait game of gardening.

Perfectly named. Excellent quality, shipped professionally just as the video shows, and planted easily into prepared soil. Beautiful roses; however, slightly too delicate and small for making a bouquet. I have a tiny vase that I use to enhance the rose’s dainty and exotic features. If you buy this as a gift, please include a tiny miniature vase. Ongoing blooms will delight your loved one. There is only a slight flowery smell which makes it safe for those who are allergy prone. ❤️

The media could not be loaded. I bought three Earth Angel roses from this seller in Sep 2020.One didn’t thrive but I didn’t give it the right conditions. The other two plants are 4 feet tall and absolutely thriving! I have dozens of other roses and these are the healthiest and the first ones to start pumping out buds. So in love !

Upon ordering this rose, it looks beautiful and tall in the picture. The price also seemed reasonable enough I thought ($23). When I received the item, boy was I disappointed. The plant was no bigger than 8 inches tall (with the roots).I had gone to Home Depot a week prior and bought a rose bush about 3 feet tall for $ 13 so I though this one would be about the same size or bigger. NO Such Luck. It may be beautiful in about 10 years but who wants to wait. Really disappointed.
