good value, I used 4x4x8ft pergola, bolted down and 6 screws to post they will flex given height and thin metal so your structure must be solid design

Makes my 4 X 4 cedar post mounting a piece of cake and takes the worry about a future failure away. Makes for a nice solid mounting job.

Made my life installing our deck MUCH easier than the non adjustable type of stands. I would still say the easiest installation practice would be to to get ground contact rated 4x4 or 6x6 sized lumber and put those directly into the concrete holes, but if you want to do it the "right" way, these can't be beat. Only time will tell now how well they stand up to the elements and supporting my 20x16 sized deck.

These were delivered quickly and are exactly what I wanted. I could have traveled to the big box store and pay more but I am lazy so had them come to me. Just installed them this last weekend and were perfect.

I wanted a heavy duty support to use for a platform for a 3 ton HVAC system and this fit the bill! While not the heaviest support that you can buy, I have 5 of these under the 42" square platform and the HVAC probably weighs around 7 to 8 hundred pounds. Probably overkill for the purpose, but I didn't want to replace it in the future. I would certainly recommend them for deck supports as well. They also keep the 4x4 wood post off of the concrete which will keep rot to a minimum.

These are perfect for what they are designed for, my only issue is the cost. I can look past cost for a good product and these are well made. I used the simpson SD screws instead of nails.
