What a fantastic company to do business with !!!!Blind arrived within 48 hours, I put it up the same night and unfortunately it was very creased.I unwound the blind to let the creases drop out overnight.I awoke in the morning and the material had come away from the metal roller and was on the floor.(This I later realised was my fault as I had unwound it all the way to try and get the creases out.)I emailed the company who then made several attempts to contact me over the course of the next 2 days, unfortunately I don't have access to my phone during the day.Alex then rang me during the evening to resolve the problem, I explained what had happened and by this point I'd realised what I'd done wrong.Even so Alex has arranged for a replacement to be despatched.Will definitely use for all my future purchases....BRILLIANT SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, GOOD VALUE PRODUCT.

I can't complain about the Blind what so ever. Fits nicely and compliments the Bathroom. I do advise people to have the Metal brackets rather than the plastic ones as the pulling of cord could easily break the support.

.... sometimes you get what you pay for! It was cheap for a long and wide roller, but the fittings are totally unsuitable for such a large blind. Enquired about returning the item but you have to pay return postage with a courier, so its not worth the hassle or the expense. I suspect there are many purchasers who have shared my experience. I'd still be out of pocket and have no blind, so have decided to cut it up and use it for a messy (if expensive) table cloth. I will use the pole to beat myself over the head for wasting my money! The flimsy fittings have gone in the bin. Started looking for a 'proper' blind elsewhere. On the upside it would have had good blackout , if I could have used it.

Bought the long length as window is nearly 2m. But pull cord is still only less than 1m - so you have to be really tall to roll blind down. Also, mechanism for getting blind up and down is very flimsy. Very Made in China I would say. But it does work with lots of tlc. I have bought a couple of these blinds to cut down to size and made mistake of thinking the size quoted was overall blind size - when it was overall size with the fittings.

I ordered this blind in cappuccino and it was exactly the colour I expected. When it was delivered it was considerably bent but I wasn't overly concerned as I knew it would bend back into shape. It was trimmed to size and straightened but when it came to fitting it the fittings were found not up to the job. I had ordered 210 cm so it was quite long. The part of the fitting taking the weight of the blind was plastic that gave whenever the blind was raised or lowered. The blind therefore fell whenever it was used. The pivot spindle appeared different to the illustration - perhaps this was the problem? All my other blinds have metal brackets which this definitely needs. I shall therefore be forced to buy new fittings and start again. Disappointed.

At 240 cm it looks superb. We are delighted with this blind. We did buy metal fittings because of the weight and length and it was worth the extra money as the fittings are strong and also give a spring end which allows easy fitting without slipping out of holding. The blackout works well.

We bought this as it was cheap and larger than our window. We cut it down to size which was surprisingly easy with scissors or a craft knife for the fabric and hacksaw for the metal. Even after altering the size it fitted perfectly into the mounting fixtures and the mechanisms work smoothly. The material is very good and easy to wipe clean if it gets dirty and doesnt let any light through. No complaints at all and will be buying more for other windows as an alternative to curtains.

Fantastic blind! Easy to install and the duck egg colour is lovely. Having such a huge kitchen window (234cm) the blinds were pricing up at £70 + elsewhere which I couldn't afford. The price I paid was almost 1/2 of this,fantastic! and I'm very pleased with the quality and delivered very quickly! Xx
