IRIS Neat 'n Dry Premium Training Pads, Regular, 17.5" x 23.5", 400 Count

Works good.I have a bull mastiff that weighs a good 130 lbs pounds or more, she is a puppy and will get a lot bigger I also have a Chihuahua that's on the chunky side and weighs 18 pounds I do have to put three pads on the floor underneath them I have a human washable pad that goes on the bed for human accidents I have noticed that I like the neat and dry a lot better van all the other pads I have used . I do notice after my dogs use them you need to wait a few minutes to let the urine to get soaked to the pad otherwise when you do pick it up it will spell all over the only reason I use protection under it is sometimes my dogs aims are off and that way I got a little bit more protection . I am disabled and I cannot take my bull mastiff as much as I would like to she is still a puppy and she can drag me everywhere and with the limitations I have there's no way I could walk without getting hurt also if she goes in the backyard she can always find her way out side of the gate . I've had other people try to take her out to use the bathroom and she just won't do it she'll come straight in the house and use her puppy pad after her walks . My Chihuahua rather go outside and I can chain him up right next to my door and it's long enough where he can get to the grass and have them to play . But when I have days I cannot move or get out of bed my Chihuahua will also use these pads the only thing is he doesn't want to use the pad that is next to my bullmastiff's so I have to separate them just a little bit I do wish they didn't cost so much but they are a lifesaver for me . I buy as a subscribe and save item, they are way cheaper that way and larger than the regular size with a big dog they last so much longer and less chance of leakage.

I love these things! I have a new 10lb 9 week old puppy and he can pee on these a few times and they never leak. I bought the XL because I bought the XL pad holder and they fit perfectly. My only issue is that they come in such a small pack! That is why I put 4 stars instead of 5. For the reviewers who are talking about pee running all over I haven't experienced this at all. My suggestion is to be sure to get the Iris pad holders it is worth the money. My little guy is using these with no complaint. He actually has the Iris playpen 8 panel as well and he has gone in there to use the pad on his own. I'm so proud! He is only 9 weeks old and he knows where to go. I've only had him for 3 days. BTW he does circle and this gives him plenty of room.Note to company: Please , please make the XL in a larger pack without losing the quality of the product. A 50 pack would be better than 20. Thanks!!

Love the brand and used them for 15 years for my Chihuahua. I now have 2 puppies and I can no longer get the size that I have always used. I don't know why they would quit making that size as it was a popular one. I wish they would bring it back !!! I never had a problem with them leaking and they were very absorbent.

After going through two 8-packs of this product, I’m buying a 64-pack because it’s the best I can find on Amazon. Overall, it’s fantastic to have such a massive pad. My pug is a senior and he’s learned to go a handle his business on these pads on the outside patio multiple times per day. One small issue is that my pug ends up getting his paw wet because it drains to where he’s stepping. He’s pretty low to the ground and is a little guy so I’m sure big dogs might not have this issue. It could use some improvements on absorbability. Also, maybe change the package count to 12 because 8 is not enough.

I use them with the "Iris FT-940 Large Floor Protection Tray" for "Pet Training Pads by Iris", sold separately at Amazon.com. Please note that by themselves, these Wee Wee Training pads are not self adhering to the floor.The pads are highly absorbent and help retain odor. They hold their shape and an amazing amount of liquid, unlike the bargain pads. The ***Large size(XL on package label), accommodates small adult dogs, beagles, Jack Russell Terriers, dachshunds, schnauzers etc., as well as puppies. The pads are great if you, or your dog, are unable to get out due to working, illness, age or bad weather.***Note the product description states "LARGE" pads, but the front right packaging of the pads has "XL", as in Extra Large, and the actual pad size "23.5 in. X 35.5 in." is printed below the XL. In this case,[Large, 23.5"x35.5" and XL] all mean the same thing for this particular product.The Iris FT-940 Large Floor Protection tray, sold separately, locks this pad in place and saves your floor from mishaps and discourages puppies from chewing up the pad. I adopted a rescued puppy mill breeding mommy. Poor thing had so many problems -one of which since I didn't have other dogs, was a fear of the ground (having lived her life in a cage). So we used puppy pads. I was buying pads from a local store and was very unhappy with them because they leaked badly at the border edges; and she didn't pee in the middle of the pads. She liked those edges and when they leaked, it went underneath and made a mess of a great portion of the plastic backing and of course, anything it was on. I was always cleaning and wiping up pee.These pads, however, were great. They contained the pee very well even if my little sweetie peed very close to the edge.Although a bit pricey because I purchased the large size, she would use it twice if there was a large space left over from the first time.I would recommend this product to anyone with a large dog who needed it to use a pad. My dog learned to use it right away, so it did have the attraction for the dog. It was also a good thickness so it absorbed a good deal of liquid.I used the product for about 6 months.ps. I found a much better home for my girl, although I cried like a baby when I gave her up. I have a wonderful friend who had 2 very gentle dogs her size who accepted her right away. For 8 months she literally lived on my couch; didn't know how to be a dog. After 2 weeks with her new pack, she pees and poops outdoors, is not afraid of people anymore, runs around with the other dogs all the time, is crate trained, is learning what play is, and is barking. For the entire time I had her, she never made a sound. I am thrilled!! but I miss her totally.

This is my second time getting these to go with my Iris small holder. They fit in one direction and must be folded on the other as they are longer than the holder by a third on that side....waist and need extra time to fold it well each time.I find the first batch was nicer than the second I got....weird? will they be inconsistent? not sure yet. The colour was less white grey and more light blue white and they were folded differently and I already had a system for storage that now does not look as pretty like diapers that face up with the fold neat and tidy. Also, they were harder to pull open as if the plastic ends and edges were fused together during production.They do absorb very well for little dogs and and are well packaged so for now I plan on ordering these again. The company should make a size that actually works with the holder size they already make and sell and not make it that we have to do so many adjustments. Also, consistency of a product makes client loyalty so lets see...

I haven't used these verry long but would definitely re buy them they are somewhat smaller then the ones with 14 in a pack for 3$ at the dollar store but not in a bad way I use them in my ferret cage on 1 shelf and in the bathroom and she is so great I've Ben so lucky potty training her and teaching her sooo many things it's such a wonderful feeling as she is my verry first! As iv said when i posted this i have bought other brands and do not reccomend them BUT I DO RECOMEND THESE ARE STRONG DURABLE THAT THE PEE DOES NOT LEAK THROUGH AND HARBOURS THE ODOUR VERY WELL TO AS I USE THE FOR MY FERRET ANGEL ALL MY DOGS GO OUT SIDE I just havent managed to train her that way yet! lol

Our three month old teacup poodle smells these and does her business on them already with just two weeks training! Fits great in the matching holder but you don't need the holder to be effective. Our puppy also likes to play with them so we find the holder is necessary to stop this.We will be reordering these in bulk since our ouppy training won't happen outside until it warms up. We live in Canada and it is -24 so our little puppy can't handle the cold yet. It will be nice to continue to use these as an option while we are away at work during the day and can't bring her out every 3 hours.
