Poor quality control. Damaged item
Ordered this a couple of weeks ago for it to arrive with one of the keys hanging off. Asked for a replacement which I've now received....with 2 keys hanging off!

I think it sounds lovely
I like the tones and the fact that it has 2extra notes. I purchased it for my kid to initiate in music to learn the proper notes. The case is lovely. Maybe in the future we get rubber sticks but for now is ok
