I ordered this yeast because the brand I normally buy was not available at the grocery store. I've used it several times in my bread dough and have been happy with it. It seems to be exactly the same as the brand I would normally purchase. I stored it in the refrigerator after opening as suggested. With the easy open, resealable top, it's easy to measure what I need and store it back in the refrigerator. This yeast has produced a nice rise on the bread I've made. I would purchase this yeast again.....actually, it worked out well to have it in this packaging because I've made several loaves of bread recently.

Frustrated with not being able to find any yeast in my local grocery stores I finally broke down and ordered this one based on average reviews and I am as yet not disappointed. It arrived quicker than expected. I just proofed it to check it’s freshness and it was amazing. Light and airy. Definitely full of life. I cannot wait to make some challah with it this weekend.Edited to add that the challah was awesome. My dough rose beautifully on both proving sessions.

Arrived quickly.Good product.Expire date in future as promised.They are charging a pretty good mark-up on this, but duringthe shortage, I guess it is manageable. Try 'em if you need yeast.

It's been pretty tough finding yeast that didn't have crazy markup during the pandemic. My normal brand was way overpriced for the same quantity. This came relatively quickly, and the packaging is convenient for keeping long term in the fridge. I've used it a couple times now and can confirm it works!

We've tried this in place of the normal store brand yeast. It works, but seemed very slow and I ended up throwing out one batch while trying to get the yeast started. I did make one great loaf of bread with it, but I don't feel it is as reliable as what I typically use and most likely won't use it in the future.

My first batch was dead and I contacted the seller and they sent me a new bag at no charge. They responded promptly. I was able to enjoy my homemade donuts. Thank you!You do need to activate this yeast before mixing.

Worked really well! My bread had a nice rise. The flavor was good too.It seals well in the bag with a ziplock type closure. Would definitely buy again

Ordered this a while ago because I could not find any yeast at all in local stores. Made yeast rolls yesterday and it worked so well, began to activate immediately, dough rose beautifully and they turned out perfect!!!
