This was easy to install and it works as described.

This product was so easy to install.

Works as expected. I would purchase some double-sided tape for the small piece.

Something is wrong with mine. It worked for 30 mins. And now it doesn't respond at all.

It came with no instructions...i figured this out:- the tiny transmitter, take the sticky tape off of the bottom, stick this right to the front of your tv's ir receiver (yup the bottom sticky part is were the signal comes out).- Plug the USB end into a usb charger in power (NOT the TV, as the usb on the tv doesn't have power until the tv is on, so with the ir extender you cannot turn the tv on)- Put the large receiver part in clear view from where you are seated/controlingWorks perfect!

Since we built this house in 1975 I have always wondered if there was a way to control the radio and its volume remotely. It is in a cupboard and nice to have it out of the way but always meant getting up to adjust the controls. Now I have it. Threaded the sensor through the wall and it works. No problem with lining up the sensors, worked first time. Very happy.

Found this to be quite fickle. Had to have it positioned very accurately and even then it seemed sometimes what worked yesterday won’t work tomorrow. In general it works as it is supposed to but found it very difficult to get positioned well and even once I though I had it there still seemed to be dead spots.May work well in other situations but just not for me.

The IR unit does what it is supposed to do. The remote is extremely directional so the remote has to be aimed exactly at the receiving unit. If it is off even slightly it will not send the signal to, in my situation, my cable television box.The previous IR unit I owned (which was damaged and had to be replaced) had a much larger receiving unit and therefore worked more efficiently.

Thought it be great but have to be RIGHT IN FRONT of it to work. Temperamental too. Sometimes it changes the channel, sometimes it doesn't. Sadly returning it
