Perfect for my needs
The seller initially sent the wrong item and because I was the victim of a brushing scam earlier this year, I mistakenly assumed I was being scammed. I wasn’t. The seller was super responsive to my concerns, communicated quickly and helpfully, and made good on my shipment. I am 120% satisfied with this seller and recommend them without reservation. Appearance
For the price you cannot go wrong.We replaced an old one with this and the construction is solid.Very important to have the 2 rails connected at the bottom as this makes the railing more sturdy.

RUST!
This handrail was packaged improperly and appeared damaged when it arrived. The UPS driver asked if I wanted to open it to see if it was damaged, and when I did, I found rust throughout the entire handrail. Not only that, but it appears as though a wire brush had been used throughout and it looked horrible. I refused delivery and the driver took it back with him. Previous reviews were mixed, so it seems quality control isn't really a priority. This was an inferior product and I certainly cannot recommend it. Very disappointed.

Don’t forget the escutcheons
This worked great for us. My poor hubby spent 4 hours in the brutal sun installing it, but it works great. Don’t forget to buy the metal plates that hide the feet, cos they aren’t included.

Great pool railing installation
With my arthritis needed railing to steady my exiting pool at sallow. The railing was perfect for that.The best way to support and anchor a railing is to core drill holes in concrete. I used concrete bit drilling holes around outline then knocking center out. Set and plumb railing then pour grout around railing in cored hole. Grout available at HomeDepot.

Not as described
Was not properly sized to accommodate 3 steps as promised. Very disappointed.

it was long enough to come close to the 3rd step into the pool, and easier to get out of pool.
This product was used for a hand rail, to make it easier for older person to enter the steps intothe shallow end of the pool.
