Great little set
These brushes are very good for the price you pay, I used them with watercolours and the result was nice and even. They're easy to clean too. Would recommend!

My wife recently started a new hobby painting so when these were offered I Immediately took them...Thay are OK and I suppose that given that they are under a fiver you really shouldn't be too picky!In summary, try are probably Ok for kids ..Not so OK for anyone who knows what they are doing!

Fab little set
Wow.. what a fab set of paintbrushes. My children 10, 8 and 4 have loved them during homeschooling. They are easy to use, create a lovely watercolour painting and clean very easy. Would highly recommend.

Artists brushes starter pack
This is a decent starter pack of the more common artists brushes. The set includes 10 nylon brushes ranging from 00 - 8 in size with 5 round brushes, 3 flat brushes and 2 tapered flat brushes. The brushes are suitable for watercolour, oils or acrylic. I use oils and prefer nylon brushes in terms of paint transfer, easy cleaning and long life. Some of my nylon brushes are 25+ years old and still look virtually brand new. You'll probably need some bigger brushes and perhaps some specialist brushes like angled or fan shaped ones - but this set is perfect to start with. The only criticism is the 00 round and 1 round seem almost the same size. Usually the 00 is a lot smaller. Otherwise the set is great. 4 stars.
