I found specific chapters helpful to improve our S&OP project. I would not recomend reading this book front to back but go to the specfic chapter you need more information and also to the company that best matches your company for best practices.

Great book with a lot of practical 'lessons learned' to take into account in our own S&OP implementation.

Very good book, very useful to me, with interesting content. Excellent condition of the book overall too, nothing more to say.

Having bought around 20 other second hand books, this one has been quite a deception (fortunately the only one so far...): it is kind of disgusting to put on your hands, seems to have been somehow wet and pages are sticky.Not saying that can not be sold as a second hand, but should have clearly been estated in the description and the price adjusted accordingly. I have bought many other second hand books with worst rating, much cheaper, that turned out to be in much better state than this one.

Good informative book on the subject, hard to find one that gives different types of businesses

No cabe duda que México es un país tercermundista y mediocre. No es posible que algo que Amazon USA entregaría en 2 ó 3 días en México se entregue en más de un mes. Trataré de evitar el uso de Amazon México. Es mejor pedir directo de Amazon USA, llegaría antes.

Libro da rivedere e consultare spesso, disponibile sempre sulla scrivania. La qualità dell'imballaggio e la velocità di spedizione ottime come al solito.
