If you are going to buy any kind of ring from Amazon, BUY THIS ITEM FIRST, and save the hassle and disappointment of having to return a ring of the wrong size. It works very well and the sizes seem to be correct, with 1 caveat. If you are going to buy a WIDE ring, 6-8mm in width, you should probably buy the ring 1/2 size larger than what this measures. Wide rings are more difficult to slide over your knuckles, and these sizing rings are very narrow and easily glide over knuckles, so you might have a problem taking the ring on and off if you make it snug to size when it is NOT sliding over a knuckle.The sizing setup itself is nice and these are solid metal rings and will last you "forever". It is easy to remove and replace the rings on the wire loop. This is important, because you are going to want to remove the one that seems to fit, and feel how it fits when you shake your hand around, grip objects tightly, and take it on and off, without the weight of the rest of the sizing rings dangling off your hand. Recommended.

Very accurate as I used this to purchase several rings from overseas and the sizing has always been on point. Also, the - sign are half sizes ex: -8 = 8.5
