This commercial mixer is by far the best quality we have used in our kitchen. Easy to use and not loud like some. No banging of the paddles on the bowl!! Love this mixer, highly recommend!!

This 10 qt Waring mixer is well-built and is solid. HOWEVER, I'm woefully disappointed in how Waring gives you the impression their products are proudly built in the USA. This mixer is MADE IN CHINA. I paid a premium price-point for this mixer after being given the impression it's a US manufactured product. There's no shortage of similarly built Chinese made 10 qt planetary mixers at lower prices points. I probably would have purchased a lower-price point Chinese model had it been clear that the Waring WSM10L is simply just another Chinese product. I rated this two stars due the fact Waring should make it abundantly clear that this is a Chinese product. A simple internet search asking "Where are Waring mixers manufactured" produces top-line results siting US based manufacturing...But, the devil is in the details as this doesn't actually include mixers despite the fact the nature of the search query would lead you to believe the opposite is true. Personally, I'd recommend trying out a less costly mixer that's at least honest about being Chinese made.

Unbelievable! Quiet. Incorporates quickly! Love the tilt back head. The attachments are professional. The color is stunning. I wonder how I lived without this fine mixer all this time.

We have been using the mixer for over a year and it works the same as when it came out of the box. It has had a lot of use in my high school culinary classroom. High School students are not gentle with equipment- not abusive just not gentle-It is by far the quietest stand mixer we have and my favorite. Quieter than all of the kitchen aid mixers we have. So quiet, in fact, that I have to check that the mixer is on.It handles small and large recipes like a dream, easily making pavlova with only two egg whites.The students like the ease of use with the tilt top and I like the safety cover.
