A very powerful fan, with the option of "swing" side to side via a push button, and vertical adjustment from facing out up to pointing to the ceiling - great if you're not keen on the draft as it swings round or knocking those all important papers from your desk!The fan has 3 speed settings and even on the lowest setting is not the quietest fan, however, even on the highest setting it's background noise and a TV on normal volume is adequate to dismiss it, but you might need to consider this if using it to cool the bedroom during the night.The fan has a clever timer function in which it uses the standard 1, 2, 3 and adding them together dependent on the amount of presses eg 1 hour, 2hr, 2+1 hours for 3hr timer, 4hr, 4+1 and 4+2 so you can set it right up to 6 hourly increments. My current fan only goes up to 2 hours before turning off, so this extra timing is really helpful in the hot and sticky nights and also my night sweats.I picked up on the fact that the speed and timer are labelled incorrectly and the seller was prompt in replying to my query suggesting it was a manufacturer defect, however, this has no detrimental effect to the the fans capabilities.The fan also comes with a remote control powered by a button cell battery (included) and has all the functions on it, including the power off button - very helpful 🙂

This mains operated fan arrived just in time for the current heatwave. It meant I’ve run it continuously for a couple of long days which has given me a chance to see if it’s really worth the price.Measuring nearly 12” this fan comes with a remote control. It has 3 speeds, timer settings from 1-7 hours and a swing from side to side of about 80 degrees and 90 degrees from front straight to pointing at the ceiling.This has red light LED indicators showing settings, and although the display readings on the panel are reversed (timer and speed) it’s not really a problem if using the remote.Because of the high cost I almost couldn’t justify the purchase price, until this heatwave came in, now I’m glad I bought it, as unlike all the other large fans I have, this is the only one that stays put at a set angle facing up to the ceiling, without sliding down.

The media could not be loaded.  The recent heat wave turned me to amazon to look for a fan. The last time I went to the shop looking for a decent fan there was none there.This arrived thee next day.The fan is actually a compact size especially with something so powerful. Yes it is powerful.I sit in a huge dining room where I work and it can be very warm at time.The remote is definitely a winner. As I can turn it on from the other side of the room and swivel it and control the power.Mostly I leave it on the lowest power because it is really powerful but it really cools the entire room.Overall I recommend this for a large room or office.

Really like the product. It’s powerful even when on the lower settings and has made the heatwave easier to bear. I particularly enjoy the timer feature as I don’t usually like to leave it on all night. The speed and timer buttons are the wrong way round on the fan itself, but it’s not really an issue and the remote is 100% correct. Noticed it does make an annoying sound when I use the “Swing” option, but I guess nothing is completely perfect. Overall, I recommend!

Bought this to replace my noisy old fan, read the description and all the reviews and even though my partner was telling me to get a Dyson, there is a monetary limit to the amount I am willing to spend on a fan. I received this fan yesterday and started using it last night. It's a nice size and once you plug it in, adjust the head, the rest is done by remote control. It has 3 speed settings, a swing setting & it even has a timer setting. And yes it's silent which is brilliant. Am a very very happy person now. 😃

I like this fan it's ideal for it's use as I bedside fan. it has a few knocks n scratches on it like it's maybe been returned and sent out again to a new customer, however this does not effect its performance in anyway. I was expecting a little more in the way of quality for the price it seems to look a bit cheap and cheerful I've had £20 fans look better made so I do think its overpriced. on the hall tho it's a fan and it does the job.

Was a bit unsure if this would live up to competitors as it was much cheaper at the time of purchase.I've been really pleased after several months use. it's very powerful for its size and the remote control is great for when you're using it at night in bed.In stationary use it's very quiet - barely noticeable if you have tv / music on at the same time. Our does occasionally squeak a little when oscillating which can be a bit annoying but wouldn't put me off from buying again.

I am not very happy with this for lots of reasons.It isn’t as strong as it makes out you have to be standing close in front of it to feel it when it says it can circulate air in the whole room.It only Oscillates side ways not up and down other than my hand not automatically. Which is what I expected the way it says ‘ Horizontal and Vertical Oscillation ....., direction (horizontal and vertical swing)’ which is the extremely slow, it also turns less than 90degreesAlso the instructions are very badly translated and not doesn’t seem to cover all the button functionsIt clicks as it turns and the power cable is so shortI’m am so disappointed especially as it was rather expensive. I would have expected to pay half the price for how cheap it comes acrossThe fact the timer and speed are labeled wrong on the fan itself as well
